Happy Sunday! So excited to share this journey, it’s been so fulfilling to be out in the woods working on this project! Let us know what you’d like to see us build!
And now we have to build a wood shed…one project to another!
Outdoor kitchen, I get inspired by California setups but how to “winter proof” something like it.
Sauna.
Bridge across any type of creek is a fun day project - hand rail on one side.
Fire pit with partnership / cozy / hygge in mind.
Curious on timber harvesting, water buffer, low-maintenance “gardening/trees” for future projects. What can be done year (1-3) that is useful for later years (3-5)
My mind is boggled at how many skills you guys have, is there anything you guys can't do!?
you guys set out to do something and work so well as a team. relationship goals! I'm constantly surprised your channel isn't at at least 1 million subs. Been watching for a few years! Thank you for your videos they inspire me to carve out my own dream life, like you guys do!
Thanks so much Zach! Happy to have such a great work buddy 😊
catching up on some vids and just dropping by to say i love this project, video and miss you two
Thanks friend! Miss you too!
Velveta Mac in the woods is playing with fire
Becki. Loving this series. As someone who is not a drinker, would love to see a breakout on your mocktail recipes.
So glad I found your channel guys! I started with the Rivian camp one and I'm super stoked about this new adventure. I am cracking up at how often you've had to mention the property/site is strictly for friends and family and not something you'll be renting out. I can't imagine how many people you have bugging you about this. So anyway, I'm Mike your new best friend and I don't hunt on peoples property. haha
Looking forward to the later episodes.
Hi Mike! Thanks for joining us 👋🏼
Hey Becki, I made a comment on the other video that tailgates bags existed, but I didn't recall the brand at the time, this week I saw one it's a Drifta Canvas Tailgate Bag 😁
Additionally I would recommend an Awning with side panels, like a Bushwakka or a 23zero... you can added to the side of the rooftop tent.
Becki is such a beaut!!!!
This series is speaking to my soul!!!!! When I visit, we are so spending a night in this paradise. ❤
I thought you might enjoy this one! YES!! Come down and we’ll go out to the woods! ❤️❤️
9:48 gorgeous hair chris!
Love it! Love the matte color.
You guys know how to make a video! Great to see progress being made and already enjoying this series. To many more! Cheeeers
Best,
Derek
Nice skills Chris! The heavy machinery upgrade from garden work seems fun and challenging. Following along inspired for some raw land in Maine. Very much in the “Oh sh*t now what…” so this is super helpful.
Dude! Cutting down the tree that beat up your Rivian and then flipping off the stump… 100% something I’d do! 🤣😆😂 Poop chute was a great idea as well. 👌🏼
Dents add character you're driving a truck that is designed to go off road if you don't have some minor dings on it nobody will ever believe you drove it Off Road. Wait until you break something major then get them to fix it otherwise you're spending more time fixing the thing than driving it. One of the first things I did when I had a cargo van was I backed into a post that was directly behind the split line between the windows at the back of the van. This was in the days well before backup cameras. Dented the middle of my chrome bumper in. My solution was to wrap that post with a chain, hook to the back bumper and pull forward 6 inches pulling it straight and I never touched it or looked at it again. I just got really good at looking at parking spaces before backing into them. No camera needed.
I love every series you guys do, so thank you. Can't wait to see what this place becomes!
Pretty sure y'all could solve any problem when you work as a team. Keep up the great work.
Love seeing the progress in your land and can´t wait to see what it will look like in the end. Greetings from Austria
Super fun video, love you guys' adventures. Can't wait to see more next week. The waiter bit was hilarious :D
Thanks much!
hahahaha! Love love love this! I think the most funny part is that you just take new challenges in life and we just tang along!
That definitely is gonna be such a great spot when it’s all finished looks so peaceful
I think so too, it’s very relaxing!
And now we have a map! Yay! 😄
You guys are always doing cool stuff can't wait to see it complete great job guys
Thanks much! We’re having a bit of fun!
That truck was built tough!
I’m hooked, I need more of this MEOW!!! Awesome job on the vlog! Loving it
Great job guys.
I always wait for the bloopers / outtakes at the end lol
Love this series!! waiting to see how it all comes up
Love this channel and all your project's.
Excited for this new project
Us too!
Oh man this series is funnnnn, love the campsite map graphic btw 👌
Dam Tree 🌳. Hate it when they jump in the way
Right? So rude!
Let's GOOOOOOOOO Sleepy Creek
Bang on Becki, bang on
I would LOVE to know more about your camp coffee kit. I’ve tried a small French press in the past but would love to have something like your pour over kit. ☕️
I use a fellow pour over kit with a vessel grinder!
We’ve done a lot of excavation on the land we bought in Maine to prepare it to build our house and people are always surprised to hear you don’t need any kind or special training or license to operate an excavator.
It’s crazy hey?
It is!
I really dig what you’ve done with the place.
Where did you get those awesome cups you made the mocktails in??
Chris didnt compliment his server's perfect banana form when Becki was grinding him pepper.
Right?
How big is the property?
Wow! You own Land!! Off grid land? Camping leads me to my soul ...... You are doing it!!!! I like your overalls Becki! I can buy Levi's overalls for $118.00C! Helicopter to excavator ... you guys are really "grounded" now, eh?! lol! Awesome!
Happy Easter, but why are you cutting those little trees?
That mini ex will push those over with no problem, now you have a stump you're fixing to run over.
"This tree will now die and be slowly burned while it reflects on it's transgressions"
Love your videos, but the constant Beeping was way to stressful 😥😥😥
The unfortunate result of filming a construction site 😂
Spoilers, the Rivian is fine now... this video seems to be filmed before the Rivian Review video.
Why would you want to have a campside in the middle of the forest without a view or lake? 😳
You should watch episode one of this series where we talk deeply about this! Not much lake front property in NYS for an affordable price
Dude BNC ❤ you guys ❤
Is there anything which Chris can't drive? Helicopters, Medical robots, cars and an EXCAVATORRRR. 🏗
Haha he said the excavator was tough to operate!
@abhisheksaini5684 I’m assuming and hoping I’m correct that this was a Blippi reference… 😂
Don't forget how skilled he is at talking on the phone XD
You can usually scoop on either side of a small tree to weaken the roots and knock it down with the excavator. Stumps can cause damage too. I won’t tell how I know that!
