One of my best friends is a Muslim American and I adore her and her family who treat me like one of there own kids. Hell I call her mother Mama G because she is like a second mother. I learned so much from them after coming back from serving overseas I had a dark place for all Muslims but God placed a Muslim American in my path and since then that hate has gone by the way side. I think it's a great thing many people from all walks of life are running for office.....

I hate to tell this to you but Muslims have been in the US for generations. Longer than some people whose families may have come from western European countries. Read up on your history before you make false claims. Second the Quran does not say to kill non Muslims, from what I've read thanks to my friend it is very respectful of all Abrahamic religions. Not sure where you got your info from but I'm pretty sure that's false too. Before you post online you should know what you're talking about. Nothing in that Quran says that kill non Muslims...

You are only allowed to love Muslims but encouraged to subjugate others.
      Find Naives to practice takkiya(deceit.)
Once majority, you won't need love but hate and impose your faith on others by force.
Can u name any Islamic country where other religions live peacefully without persecution. Read your Quran and you will find the answer.

@haitipi you are right there are muslims as good as gold but what is written in the qur'an and those who emulate how Mohammed lived his life are the problem. You don't need to belong to any religious group to see where the fault line of Islam is. Just to be human is enough to condemn when one human slaughter another innocent human. and declare Allah akbar is as nonsensical as it can be.
What we should avoid is hating someone who doesn't share our beliefs and biased views of others without profound knowledge of who they are and aspirations are.

    • @jobirbatti6713
      @jobirbatti6713 Před 5 lety +2

In qur'an, unfortunately, no verse is written to say love others regardless of their beliefs. But the advice from the qur'an is that all are your enemies until they become muslims. That's where the problem is. You need to reform the qur'an.

    • @jobirbatti6713

There is no such thing as Muslim Americans until they integrate to American society and declare their allegiance to the constitution of America which gave them the freedom for everything that was denied to them by their home countries. They should be grateful rather than wanting the constitution to be reverted or accommodate sharia law which is the very ideology they run from.
They should learn to say (first, I am an American and the rest can follow.)

      Mili Fisher Disagree.
Muslim-American, is parallel to African-American or Hispanic-American; ethnicity.
Catholicism also requires an overall allegiance to it - yet no one says Christian-American.
Islam does require the same - but it recognizes civic relations/contracts as well as ethnic/racial origins.
'Muslim-American' is a manifestation of the perception that Islam is a race; nothing to do with identity.
I'm not sure why you stated "Islam is not a race" at the end - not sure how that support your point.

That prophet was named in the older versions of the books of the bible as Muhammad. #2 - Allah is the Arabic name for the same God that the christians worship. Muslims do not worship Muhammad, like the christians worship Jesus, who was to have said not to worship him, but his Father in heaven. #3 - The Qur'an is no more a forgery than the stories in the Bible, many of which were written as much as 100 years after the death of Jesus. By people who never knew him. #4 - Muslims also revere certain chapters found in the Bible, both the old and new testaments. As they call them the Word and the Injeel. - - - - - - I took the time to learn about Islam and the Muslim customs, before being stationed in the Middle East. So, do not trash another religion, learn some of the true facts about it. Not something that some lunatic declares it to be, Islam is no worse than Judaism, or Christianity. There are three Abrahamic religions all of which were predicted in the various chapters found in the torah, and the bible. Those Abrahamic religions are, in the order of their beginning, Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Actually no.
      the Treaty of Tripoli states.
      Article 11 reads:
Art. 11. As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquility, of Mussulmen (Muslims); and as the said States never entered into any war or act of hostility against any Mahometan (Mohammedan) nation, it is declared by the parties that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries.
The first country to recognize the United States as an independent nation was the Sultanate of Morocco, under its ruler Mohammed ben Abdallah, in the year 1777.[23] He maintained several correspondences with President George Washington.
In 1776, John Adams published "Thoughts on Government," in which he mentions the Islamic prophet Muhammad as a "sober inquirer after truth" alongside Confucius, Zoroaster, Socrates, and other thinkers.
In his autobiography, Jefferson recounted with satisfaction that in the struggle to pass his landmark Bill for Establishing Religious Freedom (1786), the Virginia legislature "rejected by a great majority" an effort to limit the bill's scope "in proof that they meant to comprehend, within the mantle of its protection, the Jew and the Gentile, the Christian and Mahometan." George Washington suggested a way for Muslims to "obtain proper relief" from a proposed Virginia bill, laying taxes to support Christian worship.
The precedents Jefferson copied from Locke echo strongly in his Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom, which proclaims:
“Our civil rights have no dependence on our religious opinions.”
The statute, drafted in 1777, which became law in 1786, inspired the Constitution’s “no religious test” clause and the First Amendment.

I would think after being in the UK for 4 generations with benefit of secular British schooling they too would think like an enlightened fair minded British person.

The reality is that you will need more than just one or two generations to be widely accepted in the United States. I have nothing against anyone, but every group before that came to the United States took multiple generations to earn the equality. Is it right? No. Is it how it has been? Yes. Past behavior predicts future behavior. As much as you feel society learns from their mistakes, it doesn't. So it's great to take this initiative, but this till take a lot more time before it becomes widely accepted nationwide.

      @gracejoy5339 Před 5 lety

Miha Ucakar From the following site:
In Muslim societies women are kept covered in burkhas, so the prettiest things that most unmarried Muslim men ever see are beardless pre-pubescent boys. Beardless boys are not regarded as male, so sex with them is not considered as homosexuality as it is between adult men. Being beardless means that they're classed as female ('catamites') under sharia law.
Consequently, in traditional Muslim societies completely clean shaving is frowned upon, as it sends the wrong messages about sexual availability. If full beards (Taliban-style) are not worn, then moustaches are required.

I lived in US and you can't be 100% Muslim and 100% anerican at the sametime. Living in peace does not mean to shove people with different ideas and lifestyles in each other face. That just asking for trouble. Also, we know who controls the political scene in US, and them allowing you to join the scene now has an agenda behind it. People can live in peace with each other but this is not the way. Even if all US politicians are Muslims, with one bomb dropped, they will be considered an enemy. How are you going to support Israel as a US-muslim politician?
Unless you had a US citizenship before becoming a Muslim it won't be a good idea to participate. Even if your intentions are good.

Osman Oglu you're thinking too hard about something that is meaningless brewski. Abolish religion out of public you'll see a safer more peaceful life.

“Uh-Oh, we’re in trouble. Something’s come along and it’s burst our bubble.. Uh-Oh, we’re in trouble. Gotta get home quick match on the double!” 😆
Muslims should generally be truthful to each other unless the purpose of lying is to smooth over differences or gain the upper-hand over an enemy by gaining the trust in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them. Lying to non-believers is permitted under certain circumstances typically to those that advance the cause of islam. Presumably, whatever advances the cause of islam would qualify as doing good. It clearly says in the Quran.
