New Zealand rings in 2024 with fireworks and laser display

Auckland welcomed in the New year with a fireworks display over its tallest building, the Sky Tower.
The tip of the tower lit up in different colours as fireworks exploded in the sky.

Sydneys fireworks have been getting progressively worse over the last few years, terrible music choices. London comes out on top every time, with recognisable songs, narration lasers, and drones. Last year the drones formed the shape of QE2 and morphed to the shape of KC3 to show the change to a new king which was very moving@@JPE90
