Man u r simply naive, dictator is a strong word. What makes u believe whichever government that ur country have is a democracy, is it because of its structure? Is it because of it’s elective nature? The world is not as simple as it seems. Rather than having a money driven and short-vision democratic government, I would prefer a stable, foreseeable, predictable government who has almost the same interest with most stakeholders in the country, at least the same core interests.

Interlacing images doesn’t require multiple cameras. Just a million iso rated camera so a fast shutter speed can be performed. There is an advantage to having a staggering angles of cameras but I’ve done it with just 1. It certainly puts computational power to the test and I found macs are able to handle it better because they throttle 1 of the cores for OS only where Microsoft systems don’t do this essentially performing a DOS attack on themselves.

Some people in the neighbourood propose approaching everyone in the street to purchase a high quality cctv system that can be mounted well above the street covering all properties. Not such a bad idea providing the local council let us. Everyone on the street helps financially towards the system and possibly with Council subsidy. The police don't seem to want to get involved with burglaries because perhaps insurance covers it. THAT IS NOT THE POINT. Any way if neighbours want to do something with the increase in burglaries that need to help with the installation of a good quality camera system

Even though people like to complain about having security. Surveillance is one of the biggest solvers of crime. In San Salvador the MS13 has terrorized and carelessly murdered hundreds of people. El Salvadors federal police created a CCTV program in San Salvador with hundreds of cameras placed variously in public. After that, significant amounts of arrests on gangs were made since there was now strong footage and evidence of crimes. And the cameras are watched in real time which means fast police response times and decreased criminal activity. Also perfect for subduing thieves.
