Sis, l have a question to ask: why did you use air fryer to fry the fish? I believe you wanted to eat healthy. I was not expecting you to use oil in the pepper stew. This is not criticism towards you, l am just curious.
First, an air fryer is just a miniature convection oven. It doesn't actually "fry" anything but uses an internal fan within the mini oven to bake and cook food more rapidly and evenly than a conventional oven. The name "air fryer" is just a clever marketing scheme to make consumers feel as if they are getting away with frying foods but in a more "healthy way." Second, with all due respect, it's expecting, not accepting. Finally, I personally think she uses way too much oil in all her dishes. But if you don't like it, you can just reduce it. It's not by force.
