They do not use smoked paprika and the onions are sauteed first.
Please people, don't use bag. Marinade in a bowl, put dry seasoning in 1st then mix in oil then meat pieces, turn till evenly coated. Better for environment and less messy.

I love this meal.So simple looks delicious.
Just scratch and sniff your screen.
Self note:
1) 7 skinless chicken thighs, 2 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs paprika, 1tsp minced garlic, pepper, 2sprigs fresh thymes, 1teaspoon salt, massage in ziploc bag
2) oil in pre heated pan, med high heat- pan fry 2mins each side, 1small chop onions, 2 baby carrots, baby potatoes cut half, toss until onions translucent
3) add 2tbs flour, mix
4) 1 cup chicken stock, reduce heat, simmer 20mins
