INGREDIENTS
2 lbs (907 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tsp seasoned salt (or just salt)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt free lemon pepper
GLAZE
3 Tbsp (60 g) unsalted butter
2 Tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
1/2 cup (160 g) honey

easy enough, I have honey and soy sauce and 2 lbs of boneless, skinless thighs, real butter. i think I might have to put some heat on that though. This is better than doing the fried chicken tempura for your heart and veins. lol Still good though and you won't miss that breading one bit unless you are looking for a fried chicken crunch.

I've probably made this six or seven times now, my husband requests it pretty often. SO good.
Made this last night and it was delicious. I did use the half a cup of honey. Served over steamed rice with cut-up green onion on top. Highly recommended.

That glaze looks like it would be great on anything short of my work boots!!!! I'm thinking Pork chops, almost any chicken, breaded or not, as a glaze for meatballs as appetizers, heck, just plain ol' long noodles. I have made this so many times now. The glaze is awesome. And i make it everytime with the extra honey because I like to put it on the rice as well. This is so yummy. My other half is not a fan if chicken. But he likes this as well. Thank you again for this recipe. You are my favorite food you tuber!!!!!!
