    ABOUT CHARLIE MORLEY
Charlie Morley is a leading authority on the phenomenon of Lucid Dreaming.
In addition to being a bestselling author and teacher, he is the only expert to date to have presented Lucid Dreaming training to key personnel in some of the world’s biggest institutions - including the United States Congress, Cambridge, Oxford, and the British Ministry of Defence.
Charlie’s early experiences with Lucid Dreaming as a teenager were purely recreational - but inspired him to explore various related areas of science and spirituality. At the age of just 25, he was even authorized by Lama Yeshe Rinpoche to become a teacher of the practice.
Today, Charlie has trained in over 20 countries. His books have been translated into 15 languages. He speaks on stages around the world, including TED and Mindvalley University. And he has helped countless people harness Lucid Dreaming as a tool for profound epiphanies, transformations, behavioral changes, and healings - including as a form of remarkably effective treatment for PTSD in war veterans.

I’ve been getting really into NSDR lately as part of my astral projection practice so it’s cool to hear it being mentioned. Glad I’m getting those “nap” benefits.

Best tips for lucid dreaming (plus an OTC drug that works better than Seroquel).
    1. POWER & CONTROL in YOUR DREAM WORLD
    Train your imagination of imagery.
    - Consciously visualize random objects.
    - Then manipulate those objects in your imagination.
This training gives you control over your dreams and gives you god-like powers, whether lucid or not. It is more enjoyable than lucidity (realizing it is a dream); because I've had dreams where I knew it was a dream but still I was afraid and powerless. But I've had dreams where I did NOT know it was a dream, but I had god-like powers (all because of this training).
Before sleep, I go through the alphabet, letter by letter. I picture an animal that starts with that letter. Then I imagine that animal is the next color of the rainbow (ROY G BIV).
*Example* "I see an alligator. It's a red alligator. Now I see a bear. It is an orange bear. Next, I see a cat. It is a yellow cat. Now I see a dog. It's a green dog. I see an elephant. The green dog jumps on the back of the elephant. It's a blue elephant..."
The key is, you see the image. Then you consciously change it.
*Example 2* I imagine myself on the beach with my friend Bruce. We are playing catch with a ball. Each throw, I call out a random color, and I can see the ball change to that color in mid-air.
The important thing is, I will it to change. It is my will, and my imagination follows my will.
    2. LUCIDITY Every hour in *your waking life*, ask yourself "Is this a dream?"
Try to push your finger through the palm of your other hand, for test. (though in a dream it's difficult to see your hands)
This practice gives you lucidity in your dreams (makes you realize it is a dream).
    3. REMAINING in THE DREAM
If you feel yourself waking and wish to remain in the dream, spin your body.
    4. OTC Drug that Makes Conscious Dreams aka lucid dreams almost Inevitable
This is what I take: amzn.to/3APrUpJ
It was designed to preserve memory for people with Alzheimer's, but it's safe enough you can buy it without a prescription.
It doesn't just boost memory though, it makes your imagination and visualization 10x better. And you'll notice your dreams become dramatically more vivid and under your control, *even without the above training.*

    I would appreciate
    this teaching more,
    if he did not use
    so much vulgarity,
    such as the words,
    “Pissed off”, or “F*****g”.
    It is speech pollution.

Not all of us were raised by nuns, Kathleen. The intention of words matter more than words themselves. Even spiritual teachers curse. It’s human. You’re just continuing to correct others behaviors because that must’ve been how you were raised. You had to behave a certain way and now you want others to conform as well.
