"ECOWAS Open to Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger Confederation" - Serigne Mamadou Ka | WADR Public Debate

Serigne Mamadou Ka, Acting Head of the Electoral Assistance Division, Directorate of Political Affairs, ECOWAS Commission says ECOWAS is not against formation of confederation by Burkina Fasso, Mali and Niger. The Bloc, he says, is still in talks with the States to come back.
Mamadou Ka disclosed at the end of the second edition of WADR's Public Debate on security held in Abuja, Nigeria's capital.
The event brought security experts, academics, researchers, analysts, activists, and members of several CSOs on governance and security matters.
