1st Drill: 1 Dribble Pull-Up / Make 8 of 10 / 5 spots / (2 sets).
2nd Drill: 1 Dribble Step-Back / Make 4 of 6 / 5 spots (2 sets).
3rd Drill: Make 7 of 7 / (2 sets).
Treat yourself with a "suicide" every time your goal is not reached.
