Very nice idea and illustration, thx :)
Thank you, Tarek!
Simple no nonsense explanation, thank you!
You're welcome!
Exactly because everyone has videos that last 30 minutes to say nothing
My favorite:
Q: How to double your tomato crop yield?
A: Purchase an artist's paintbrush and "paint" every open blossom each day.
The end.
The video lasted 8 minutes.
What's the point of giving money to grow a company you are not involved with unless you foresee benefits of being an eventual customer. I'm not bashing at all, I just frankly don't quite understand what the benefits are for the backers.
One common reason a lot of people love kickstarter is that you can get early access to a cool new product that you'd love to see created
@@techlifeunity Thank you very much for the quick answer.
Reveleur you know what else does that? Investors. If an investor doesn’t invest in your idea, it’s a shit idea.
Reveleur that’s the point of investing. You think it’s a good product, and you get something out if it. Much more reliable than crowd funding
Nice short intro -- bonus points for that.
Nice clear explanation -- more bonus points.
Thanks, Noe!
And if I make a "donation," it's just a donation? Do I own a portion of the product? This isn't even clear in Kickstarter's own help and FAQ section. On to the next video, I guess! :)
Is it available for philippines??
Thank you so simple and direct
You're welcome!
Nice video =)
I do have question since I'm new in kickstarter
How can I post my project?
You need to verify first
thank you
You're welcome!
Whose to say the start up getting the funds doesn't spend it on personal stuff?
Is there any case as such where the funds went for personal use instead?

Im doing KS for my game Dwerve, we are gonna kill it!
How did that kick-start go? I'm curious.
@@naayif9034 their Kickstarter page said they were pledged $50,000.
Did you succeed?
@@samizo5842 Yeah we made 50k and game "Dwerve" has been released last week!
And what happens if you get to the goal before the deadline but the product it’s not ready after deadline?
Your campaign will continue until the end date that you've set. You could even end up with more than your fundraising goal in this situation!
good job with this video
Thanks!
Hello what is kickstarter face less idea
What's in it for a donor though???
They get to see a creator whom they support realise a cool idea, and on top of that they can also get Kickstarter incentives as mentioned in the video :)

Will i get the thing for which I donate money or will I get the money back if the creator's goal isn't reached?
Hi Sarah,
You will not be charged for your pledge unless the project meets its funding goal. Kickstarter is sort of "all or nothing" that way.
Wow! I always thought you could invest in these ideas and you got rewarded down the line for knowing who to back. I was wrong. 😂
The rewards you get will vary greatly depending on which project you're supporting, and also depending on how much you choose to contribute to a project. Generally most projects will give different rewards at different tiers of support
Hai I have invested 10lk but they said taste not complete again transfer 3lakh can I trust kickstarter
Hi Jessica good evening , i want to build a house for my own ,i purchase a piece of land . I'm living in Antigua , and i am paying rent , do you think this program will be able to help me ,
Kickstarter is more for people with inventions or products and other creative projects they want to launch, not for fundraising of personal goals.
I’m 30… and I just saw a game saw “coming soon to kickstarter” I searched “what is kick starter” and got this… is this where the game is being posted? Or is this a different kick starter…
The makers of the game are likely going to be creating a Kickstarter fundraising campaign if that's what they've shared.
Cool video
Thank you!
will you get a thing you supported on kickstarter
That depends on what they're offering at different tiers of support. That will all be defined on each individual Kickstarter campaign

But can he reach his goal if he doesn't get the money first?
What do you mean?
@@techlifeunity you said the owner of the idea doesn't get the money if he doesn't reach his goal in time, but how is he supposed to reach his goals without getting the money first?
@@youvanced6593 same question
Same question. So like he spends his own money to reach a goal then what is a need for any investor at all ?? Doesn't make any sense.
or maybe she is talking about the funding goal amount set by you and not the project goal itself.
Please translate in French
what a shitty explanation! and what happens if they manage to raise that fund and all the donations ??
