I GOT A NAME FOR YOU!!
Freya means Goddess of Love, Fertility, and Beauty. It is of Scandinavian origin, so it fits pretty well with the Baltic Sea. Alternatively spelled Freja, (the j makes a y sound), and I think that would fit the character pretty freaking well.

Hey Emma! you would be suprised unfortunatly its not the lack of LARPS Australia has as a problem, its the lack of publicity and advertisement; relatively you can find a larp in every city / surrounding suburbs - Although obviously I can't speak for everywhere but normally it just takes alot more digging i've recently just acouple months ago found my one out in western sydney suburbs, took me like 2 years of search and I actually found them at a Medieval Festival ^-^!

Fabienne - a classic French Female name meaning "bean grower", which would be both ironic and in keeping with her being born of farmers.
Ok, hear me out. Since your character's parents were simple famers they would more then likely name their child something associated with growing, plants or the earth, so how about names like :
Fabia - bean grower
Fairlee - from the yellow meadow (my favorite)
Fernley - from the fern meadow
Flora - Flower
Fabia and fairlee both work very well

I was going to throw in Fleur which is Flower as well but in French.
I would go for something simple and dreamy that goes well with the last name: Faye.

Freya is the name of the goddess of love and beauty.
Also, Freya Stark was an explorer and writer during the early 1900's .
The last name is greek. It would require some explaining as to why her parents would give her a germanic pagan first name.
"Faith Anagnos" has a nice ring to it (sounds pretty regal if you ask me) and the whole backstory thing where she changes her faith at the last minute... wow symbolism, boy oh boy would my english teacher be proud :)))
Also "Filipa" is pretty sweet, it's more casual and people can go ahead and call ya flip.
Would make sense and fit with the last name, which is greco-roman and relates to a common concept in european religious philosophy.

Per another fan's suggestion... some Greek name suggestions (to compliment the Greek family name) compiled from different sites, formatted, and trimmed down to remove duplicates, etc... Some nicknames or variations were given their own lines. This is a lot of info, though. Maybe folks should pick out their favs from the list and suggest them separately if they like them. Filomila looks like it matches the musical back story of the character well. And, Flora (and it's other versions) still make the list. And, we pick up some love of horses (Filipina, Flip, etc.) for their use on farms in the time period.

Folly! Folly Anagnos. Literally meaning foolishness or lack of good sense. Maybe her parents and her village gave it to her as a nickname when she was a child and it stuck, maybe it’s short for a mouthful of a name like Foloshade or Forsythia, or maybe it’s some wild self-fulfilling prophecy. I just love the way it sounds. Folly is a total pirate word.
She seems like a Felicity to me - also, I can't freaking wait to see how this LARP goes! I live vicariously through your larping experiences LOL

#momosetssail yaaaay i love her! Anagnos is apparently Greek and means something like church lector but also cantor, which is amazing and appropriate. Freya is my name so of course I'll suggest that, but Filia Anagnos (meaning friendship), Flavia Anagnos (meaning yellow or blonde), Farah Anagnos (meaning joy), Fawn Anagnos (meaning...young deer lol), and Felicity Anagnos (meaning happiness) are all also very fitting :)

Oh my goodness, I'm laughing so hard. The joke we in Clan Gulph always made , that we're not pirates, we're "privateers", they actually put in writing for you guys. That's amazing.
Also we didn't have anyone in charge of shanties but Gulph is huge into music. We even came up with like an independence day like holiday surrounding our types of music and have like playlists and shit, so if you want pirate, *couch* excuse me, privateeerrr music ideas, let me know!

#momosetssail *Freya*, or something really masculine that you can bring to life with pink and personality like *Felix*, if her parents were expecting a boy and she just went with it because she's so sweet. Other suggestions for this idea are: *Farrel, Ferris*, you can also find your own names with this idea in mind....or, what if your character and your name stood for things that were polar opposites like *Fachtna* which means hostile in Dutch and then people could be like...really...she doesn't really seem hostile and the your character could be all clumsy and sweet and offended. That would be really cute. Also I thin both suggestions could bring rich back stories to the character in a very simple way and bring with it fun interactions with other characters around her, such as banter which could potentially be very fun, and hilarious to be around. *please read it all so the names make sense, I swear it's worth the time!* also, huge fan, love ya! ❤️

And my favorite, Fable. "Tale" "legendary tale" Fitting her dreamy like personallity and the story telling element of the larp. Not to mention the old sea fables are always awesome.

Fauna (the description for the name just reminded me of you)- Do you envision a little girl skipping barefoot though the forest with a crown of flowers on her head? It's a name for parents who love nature, also a fairy from Disney's Sleeping Beauty.

There is Faro, which is an island in the Baltic Sea, and it also has a Spanish translation that means beacon, like from a lighthouse or the light of a lamp.It would go well with your character and the idea of bringing light and happiness where it would otherwise be dark and gloomy.Love your channel, btw!:D #momosetssail
THE ROAD TO EL DORADO IS SO GOOD!!
Its not 'piratey' but it has some really good songs and its aesthetic v aesthetic. "Song of the Sea". is an irish animated film and its super cute! It might have some good songs you might want to use on deck. Also here is a good little sailor rhyme from somewhere on the internets: May your anchor be tight, your cork loose, your rum spiced and your compass true.

Also if you need recomendations for sea shanties I studied abroad on a sailing vessel last year (the Roseway, home of the World Ocean School) and I sort of learned a couple :)
I mean, I hate to be this person, but as much as I love it and as much as it expresses love for the ocean, "How Far I'll Go" isn't technically a sea *shantie*--it's more melodic, like a sea ballad. Sea shanties have a very specific rhythm to them because they're designed to accompany specific tasks on the boat; the two I learned best were for raising the sails, for example, and you can hear it in the beat each time you pull on the halyard. The call and response helps keep everyone on track and in time so you're all pulling together, so the rhythm's very important.
The two I learned best are called "a long time ago" and "reuben ranzo". There are versions of them in my sailing playlist on my channel, though they're not quite like how we sang them on Roseway (the version of Ranzo is much faster for example, but perhaps we were slower raising the sails since we were amateurs). Anyway, there are thousands of variations of sea shanties since every sailor sings them differently, but the two in my playlist take me back well enough to my study abroad adventure :)
I hope you enjoy your larp adventure! It will probably be much more piratey than my voyage was :) Maybe some day I can go on that one...

Since her parents were farmers, I think Flora would be a beautiful name for her. In Latin, the meaning of the name Flora is The mythological Roman goddess of flowers.
There is also Faye, Felicity or Felka.
The name Faye, Can mean Fairy, Loyalty or belief.
The polish meaning for the name Felka is "Lucky".
And Felicity can mean Happiness, luck, or good fortune.
Name suggestions- Fatima, Fannie, Francesca (Fran), Flossy. Although I think your costume looks like a Flora or Florence.
This LARP role made me think of several background sources - the real legend of Grace O'Malley, the Irish Pirate Queen; Gilbert & Sullivan's Pirates of Penzance, and the 1982 Australian movie, The Pirate Movie (based on Penzance). OK, maybe not the Pirate Movie - it was way too campy. Swashbuckling is always good (oh boy, more swordplay!), as well as singing good old pirate songs! Your character needs to be a reasonably strong and clever one - living day-to-day with those rouges would develop that. Smart and clever and charming - out-think 'em, and out-smart them, and out-charm them as well :)

I'm forever in love with the name Florence (it was the main characters name in every single one of the stories I wrote when I was like 6). Also Fern (or Ferne) because it's simple just like her life was suppose to be and a plant and her parents were farmers. I created a steampunk captain named Fairy/Faerie after finding out it was a real historical girls name for a while. (Her last name was Merlin which was also historically accurate too, haha.) She wasn't found of her first name, but a nice aerie (pun) name like that might be perfect for you!

Francis is a man's name, unless the intention was to have a character that challenges gender norms. Françoise is the equivalent for a woman.

Momo, you need to make the skirt shorter. For safety reasons. You will step on it for sure cause there will be a lot of different height platforms on the ship + swaying, moving around etc. The Baltic might be a small inland sea but it gets rough out here :)
