Is it liable to go nashor tooth instead of titanic for more passive damage and e shield? Or is titanic just better?

You should take movement speed in your runes and also try to keep your passive up while full clearing. It will speed up your clear by about 20 seconds which can be huge

Not good because he has hybrid damage between ad and ap so the only armor pen has less value.
