@@gympath Well the music just doesn't sound good, I wouldn't listen to it by myself or with other people, and other people don't really play that where I go to college, not in high school either really. I listen to Kanye, Lil Wayne, Kendrick, Drake, J Cole, some Outkast and a lot of the newer artists. I put a lot of value on production and musicality, I like music that sounds pleasant, I personally can't just listen to good lyrics. And I would rather listen to great sounding music with basic lyrics than "ehh" production with great lyrics. I think the corny factor that kinda comes with em a lot of the time is the things that he says along with the beat selection and the way he says things with a high kinda rebellious teenager esque voice (at least back in the day). These days with him older, my main problem is production and how he rides a beat. How he flows is good on some beats/songs, but others I believe that restless flow is just too overwhelming and I can't vibe with the whole track. There's beauty in slowing yourself down and riding the beat in a different way to convey yourself, your thoughts and emotions and the beat itself. But that' just ems style and he sticks with it and it's worked so I can't hate on it.

Good job. Can't imagine how hard and long this must have taken, especially since it's Eminem 🔥 I remember first listening to this and I still can't decide if Royce or Eminem snapped more.
Eminem definitely. Not trying to sound like a fan boy, but his verse lasted for 2 minutes out of a 10 minute cypher. He's got a ton of punchlines, double entendres, and his rhyme scheme is pretty impressive, along with his word choice. By no means am I saying Royce's verse was bad, but Em went above and beyond.
@@especiallycontent9616 You know, I do agree, but I feel it's not fair to compare them since Eminem did have a longer verse, maybe if Royce had the same length, I'd probably be 50/50 still. But yeah I personally would rank them both as number 1 on this.
@@harmz7892 I like Royce, his verse is par. And I think the verses may be compared, because I'm pretty sure they could use as much time for a verse as they wanted. Meaning, Eminem just kept a continuous verse with constant flows and lyrical content.
I agree, in a way their verses shouldn't be compared. Their verses were definitely made with different intentions. Royce flexes his success, talks about his past, and spits some knowledge while giving some life advice. All around a good verse. But Em's intent for his verse was to just be arrogant (and not in a bad way either), diverse, versatile, relentless, and to sound hungry and/or competitive.
Edit: In all, Royce's verse was more focused on his life and giving some advice. Em's verse was more focussed on the punchlines and to flaunt his capabilities and skill.

@@denizsahin7851 I really enjoyed this album too, my favourite from him. Yeah Big Sean held his own, I know he could have gone harder but he did good and held his own. It's just when you got legends on the beat that have far more experience.
