    I thought upper arm to torso angle should be about 30° - 45°, but you have it more like 90°. Also thought scapula should move like that at end ranges, while elbows also bend and body moves through all if it. Which is most anatomically efficient and safe to prevent injuries?

    Elbows seem flared. Would be nice to see the elbows closer to torso.
