About Cole & Charisma:
Welcome to the official Roll with Cole & Charisma CZcams channel! Since the start of our relationship we've gotten a lot of questions about our experiences as not only an interracial couple, but an interabled one as well. On this channel you can catch us doing travel and adventure vlogs, challenges, our inclusion series, couple first times, music, and so much more! We started this vlog to bring people into our lives, to answer some questions about how we navigate the world, and hopefully raise awareness surrounding accessibility and dating in a wheelchair. You'll quickly see in our episodes that we're all about inclusion and keeping a great attitude no matter your circumstances, so if that's what you're into, you're in the right place!
I am 69 years old. I have learned to say “older”people rather than “old” people when I speak of seniors. ❤️ I don’t feel old in my mind, 😊 yet my body is older and my heart is more wise. ✌️
I lived in Glendora for about 5 years, at the base of the foothills. I moved from there in 2015 and very much liked it for its family feeling. It use to be a major dead zone for shopping but within the last maybe 15 years it has exploded into a Mecca of stores and restaurants. There are 2 colleges nearby as well. Azusa Pacific Uni and Citrus College(next door to each other). You can get another cute town vibe from Monrovia, especially Friday nights on Myrtle Avenue when they shut down the street and have a farmers market, crafts, foods and music. I lived in Monrovia for 14 years. Get there during daylight and drive above(north) of Foothill Blvd to check out all of the very old homes that have been restored over the years . Another neat area to explore is Claremont, with many restaurants, shops and theaters. I think the street you need to be on is 2nd to get to the cutest part. There are many colleges around there too so maybe a younger vibe. I’m not sure. I’m in Texas these days, so ya made me slightly homesick, even though I was just there last week.

I’m less from a month away from 71 years. I follow you because you have a great channel and as a younger nurse, I took care of spinal cord injury patients. I’ve often wondered how their lives played out after their injury.

I went to middle school and high school in Glendora back 2002-2010. I definitely wish the town was more culturally diverse, but loved the small town feel!

I love watching the sunrise in pjs and going to breakfast afterwards. It is very peaceful and magical being out in the city while it is quiet.

I was so excited that you came to Glendora! When you were rolling the dice I was talking to the screen...."come east, come east!" Then you did! I have lived in Glendora for all but 1 year of my 56 years. I rented an apartment in Covina for a year when I first got married. Glendora is a great place to live and you should seriously consider it if you decide to move. You were supposed to go to a park, and Finkbiner park would have been a great choice. You were also supposed to research the history and the historical society was just up the street north of where you were. Glendora has a great history tied to the railroad and oranges. You should check it out.
Also, there are younger people in Glendora, but seeing older people in a town is a good sign....because no one wants to leave!

I used to live and work in Glendora. It’s a family oriented small town with traditional values. Not much changes there in terms of social norms. This is mostly good. Great schools, clean and safe community. Nice people. Real estate prices a bit high. Overall thumbs up.
Got this for my husband for Valentine’s Day!! So far we’ve scratched one off and it was definitely an adventure 😂

You know you live in California when 52,000 is considered a small town, lol! In Oklahoma, we literally places where there are 100 people or less! And they are incorporated towns!
Also, the last time I was in Solvang, I was a little child! Im 35 years old now and I would love to go back and visit Solvang! It was so much fun back then!

I laughed when you said 40 was old,you reminded me of when I was in my early teens and thought 30 was old,old is relative. But so is the definition of small town, what is the definition of a small town compared to what population? A small town with an older population is definitely going to be more accessible, you need to explore more of them. But I think that Florida would probably have more of them.

You may already know now that you live in the San Fernando Valley, that the Santa Monica Mountains divide the Valley and the City.
What's on top of that very long mountain range?? The incredible, astounding, Iconic MULHOLLAND DRIVE. Trust me, go ONLY on a clear day, and drive the most incredible winding road with views that can never be matched. It starts, depending where your home is,on Barham in Hollywood and goes and goes to, I have no idea. As teenagers and EVERY FIRST DATE, it was always. Hey lets take a drive on MULHOLLANDHave a spectacular time. Bring some yummies as you will be pulling over alot and saying something like, WOW, check that out!! ❤❤
