So if they won't do anything buy another headrest from them and put the broke one back in the box and return it within a week. Ive done this returning items for years if they don't want to return or warranty a item but a brand new one put the broke on in the box and say you want to return never fails they can't say shit.

It's honestly much better! Since I owned the engineered headrest I have had zero issues, made very well! Yeah I went through such a bad experience with Atlas.

I own 3 Embody chairs 2 gaming and the Atlas Headrest is hands down the best Headrest on any chair ever. Ive owned them all if your going to trust this person then do you but look at every other review of the Atlas its the best headrest ever made. And how are you comparing this headrest for the Aerion and her issues to the Atlas headrest on the embody. Once you put headrest on turns embody into a 100% better chair.

Official reseller here in Taiwan has been giving out Atlas Aeron headrest for free, this also indicates poor sales number.
