Walter: Death

My prediction was right about Saul going to prison, because Jesse is free, and Walter is dead, so I thought I’d make sense, and plus, prison was way more fitting for his character than any other ending

Walter White: Wanted to make sure his family wouldn't go poor. Dead
Mike Ehrmantraut: Wanted to start a new life with just him, his DIL and Granddaughter. Dead
Gus Fring: Wanted to avenge his brother. Dead
James McGill: Wanted to make his brother proud of him. Prison
Jesse Pinkman: Wanted to get into cooking for the drugs, money and sex. Alive and well
@@bigbengamer Yep, but Jesse Pinkman, in the end he just wanted to go away and have a happy life, Jesse Pinkman was the only Good person there, him, and Saul Goodman
(I edited this comment two months after sharing it) actually, they weren't really good persons, But indeed the most humanes or atleast Jimmy McGill who Knew he deserved Jail
I feel that Jesse Pinkman has one of the greatest storylines in Television history. He transform so much and excellently represents how trauma can change a person.
This movie gave him a great send off and was a nice way to finish his character.
His character is heavily inspired by Christopher Moltisanti from the Sopranos.. sometimes I feel like Jesse is just another parody version of Christopher...

you know that can go more than a few ways right? Worst case - didn't show any of the plot because it's so shit not even a trailer could make it look good. Hope that's not the case though. People deserve a win at the moment.
El Camino was everything I wanted: just an epilogue to give Jesse's character arc some definitive closure, with a very simple plot and melancholic tone. Anything beyond that could've ruined BB perfect ending, but this movie just add a little more to it. I love it.
Forreal. It annoys me how so many people trash this movie because they were expecting 100 mins of bullets flying everywhere and Walt to be alive lmao. The people who had unrealistic expectations always gonna be let down.
@Mr.1-UP but it adds good closure to his story, giving it meaning
@@ogrimzyz8643 Like the other dude said, closure to what? He got out and the scene of him driving away was the perfect ending. We essentially know what happens next. No point in a movie about it
@Mr.1-UP it addresses the trauma his character went through throughout the series and especially the part where he was a slave for 6 months. Sure in the physical sense it was uneventful but we got to get a look into how everything that happened in the series affected him which is nice to see if you love the character
@Mr.1-UP yah but we didn’t know at the end of BB that he got to live out the rest of his life in Alaska lol

Even after 2 years I still come back to this trailer. its simply so well made for something so temporary. This must be one of my favorite movies of all time because of the story of a man abandoning everything he knows in search of a new live completely from scratch. This trailer is a brilliant telling of the story to come and a work of art that I shall remember for years to come.
My exact same thoughts
Same. I feel like it's only really good in the context of Breaking Bad though. An excellent send-off to such a great character, but if you'd seen it without seeing Breaking Bad, surely a lot of its meaning would be lost.
@@Michael-zf1ko mmmmhhh I wonder why it's called "a Breaking Bad movie"? 🤔

As someone who just finished Breaking Bad and El Camino, I’m stunned at how well written and thought out Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould were with this series. Everything is tied up at the end. And El Camino is just a perfect ending to Jesse’s story. Loved the atmosphere too, where the chaos and storm has passed and now all we’re seeing is the remnants and Jesse’s plan to start all over.

watching BB, BCS and el camino left me full of regret, guilt, and sorrow. all the trauma of these shows felt like losing good friends in nacho, watching good friends like jesse leave forever, reminding me that some mistakes, no matter how deliberate, can not be taken back or solved with an apology. the breaking bad universe is so cruel and unforgiving full of humanized people that are constantly on a tightrope between good and bad. it doesnt matter if you dont want to play the game, nobody wins. i hope they leave jesse alone and let his character run off into the sunset like he should have done first season. he really deserves peace.

I watched this Trailer so. many. times. when it first came out, I was so freaking hyped for that Movie, and it was all worth the wait.
It’s honestly amazing that Vince can bring back that “breaking bad” feeling again.
All these years later. 🖤
Uhm... have you seen better call saul? You should do yourself a favor and take that series in, it has one season left
@@BeezyNgeezY-ul1nu season 5 of Saul isn't the last. Sounds like 6 will be from what actors said and writers.
True im excited for movie
Christian Zook eh. Better call Saul isn’t near as good as breaking bad was
@@codycast still it's a damn good show in different ways to breaking bad but in some scenes very similar
"You're my hero"
-Skinny Pete

Alex Smith that made me cry
@@dehydratedpotato6643 Very unexpected from Skinny Pete!
Skinny Pete and badger were always loyal no matter what
Speaking of Skinny Pete, that scene where cops r interrogating him is not in the movie, pt 2 in the future?
