I used to go to Zumba class in Santa Clarita and Rebecca would be there with her kids dancing 💃🏽. This Zumba class was hard too. Fun one hour! She is fit!
People: Quit acting brand new!! We ALL have cousins, brothers & sisters who are light bright or mixed. Her Mom is black -- a beautiful dark skinned woman. She could be related to ANY of us. The Point she is making is that athletic women or tomboys were not always considered beautiful when she was a teenager. But being healthy, toned & keeping her weight proportioned to her height is today's goal. Many of us as women can learn from her because as we get older, our hips/knees/ankles will feel the extra pounds. No one can help you with this problem but yourself. We must stay focused & live Healthy lifestyles. Walk, jog, swim, bike or get outside with the kids. Like the professional athletes say, "30 minutes a day is all you need! Just Do It!!" If we can sit in the hair shop for 4 -6 hours to get our hair braided or 1 hour in the nail shop to get a pedicure/manicure, why can't we dedicated 30 minutes to exercise?

Wow! I surprisingly really enjoyed her interview 😌! I always love to hear how women found a way to stay in shape after becoming a mom. I have three small children myself, all back to back, and I was not able to lose ANY weight due to nursing 🤱🏿. Now I have 100 lbs. to lose but since weaning my last, I have put my fitness first and I am finally able to see some results. Love these videos for keeping me motivated 😍!
