- Hi! I'm Lucy and this is my day 14 vlog in Orlando, Florida for our trip in April - May 2023.
Me and my bf, our 2 year old, my bf's mum and brother spent two sunny weeks staying in a villa visiting Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, Discovery Cove & Seaworld.
We also did LOTS of shopping! Hauls incoming!!!
In this vlog we go to Universal Studios for the day and evening.

The simplest solution to a scratchy throat is honey and water mixed together. It should be the thicker honey not that thin junk in those little packets. Maybe lemon if you like. Also try avoiding anything fried in the states as that can make stomach issues even worse. Try to go to the local shopping centers which aren’t near or connected a theme park as you get better prices. Downtown Orlando has great deals just only locals know about it. Just going into Altamonte Springs which is about half an hour from Disney you get really good deal on shopping. Chinatown was downtown around highway 50 but that area is now more an Asia town with Vietnamese and other Asian places taking up spots. Chinatown moved completely into an area called pine hills which isn’t the best but it’s growing pretty steadily. It serves mostly Chinese clientele exclusively although they did adapt to an English speaking environment for others to understand.

Hey! Thank you for watching my vlogs! 😊. We have been before for Halloween but unfortunately never enjoyed the theme parks at night during it. We left before the nighttime events. Alex is a scaredy-cat so it would most likely be just me and tomi haha. Would love to go for HHN one year again and actually do it! We are defo strongly considering going back next year 🥰

I think the cricket lollipop thing was because in the first jurassic park movie they extract DNA from a bug stuck in amber to recreate the dinosaur DNA 🤔

If you get the universal annual pass you get $10 off parking and preferred parking automatically. Honestly it’s ok just about the same really as you walk less though. But at least you get a spot to yourself.
Worth it if you go a couple of times a year for sure 🥰
Pteradon is a type of dinosaur related to terasaurs aka flying dinosaurs. It’s a different branch. They evolved into the more modern flying reptiles of today but a much lesser scale. Unfortunately these dinosaurs did not actually achieve true flight instead they were gliders which rode wind currents with extended skin. It’s pronounced Tera-Don as the P is silent. Actually a few jets are being designed on the Pterodactyl or whatever frame as more of a proof of concept model to figure out what worked on it and what didn’t.
How do you get a return time for Hagrid?
You can only do it with the AAP pass I talk about it in my other Universal Studios vlog on this trip but please be aware the criteria and registration for AAP has changed since we went in April.
