- You haven't lived until you've had this Smoked Salsa with Brisket Tacos. The salsa is made with fresh tomatoes, jalapeños, fresh garlic, fresh lime and onion and then lightly smoked on the Z grills. The longer you smoke it the more prominent the smokiness. You got to try it out soon!

Oh man brother! You know I love a good taco and those look bangin! I'm digging the smoked salsa. Similar to a salsa quemada. Yeah, that is a wide mouth taco mold. Try frying until just a little crisp but still has some flex in it. A tricky maneuver I know haha! Thanks for the shout out brother, looking forward to doing something similar again! Cheers!

Hey brother don't waste you money on it. It really opens the taco up for pics and what not but when you go to put it in your mouth it breaks in half.
