Smoked Pork Belly Corn Fritters

In the video I'm gonna show you how to make Smoked Pork Belly Corn Fritters. What I did first was to smoke some pork belly on my ‪@lonestargrillz‬ off set smoker and then made the Pork belly corn fritters. I'll leave the recipe for these Amazing smoked pork belly corn fritters below.

1 2/3 cup of cornmeal mix
1 TBS Elk Creek bbq rub
1/2 cup of butter milk
1/2 cup of beer
1 TBS of pickled jalapeños
1/2 cup of creamed style corn
Mix everything together until you get the consistency of pancake batter.
