Yellow teeth? Listen up👂

If you want white teeth watch this.
When I was younger, my teeth were so yellow that I would get teased all the time, but now check out my white teeth. It looks like I have a filter on, but I swear these are my natural teeth with no veneers.
So here’s exactly what I did. First, I tried Crest White strips, but they hurt my gums too much, and I started getting these white areas where the whitening solution would touch my gums, so I used whitening trays instead.
Now we give out these custom trays for free at our office and basically all you need to do is put a small amount in each little tooth crevice.
You can use many solutions but Nightwhite by Phillips works great. You need to wear these roughly an hour a day for two weeks and your teeth will be the whitest they have ever been in your life.
Now that you have your teeth perfectly white, all you need to do is maintain them.
I think everyone should have an electric toothbrush as this is the easiest way to keep your teeth white.
With an electric toothbrush, it’s key not to push too hard on your teeth, or you’ll get recession and all of these other issues.
I like to lightly brush my teeth after every meal or drink that can cause staining, such as coffee, tea, blueberries, etc.
Also, I drink a lot of water, and I mean a lot of water, especially after eating foods that can stain your teeth, like the ones just mentioned.
If you do this, you may not need to whiten your teeth again, and if you do, it will be in about a year or so.
