I must say, I did cheat a little bit by having this Homemade Banana Pudding when I had the pleasure to meet Terri and her Husband Clay. So I already knew this was an amazingly delicious Banana Pudding. 4 Bananas
1/2 cup Cold Water
1 box of French Vanilla Pudding
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 box Vanilla Wafers

Ooooooowee I made this Saturday night for my visitors from the South and let me tell you after they ran their errands and came back through at 1am asking for some more! My kids love it as well! I followed the recipe exactly but I added Chessmen cookies on top and crushed the Nilla wafers and sprinkled it on for a little razzle dazzle effect🤣 Thank You!!!

One of my first favorite desserts as a kid. My aunt made it for family get togethers in a tall dish and would layer differently, but this looks so much better! I can't WAIT to try this, thank you so much!
Today was my first time trying my own pudding and I must say this was by far the best I've had. Now since my wife and I aren't big on bananas, we omitted them and used strawberries and kiwi instead. This was amazing, might be my new hit desert. Thank You

I've made that for years. Since about the 1980s. Recipe was on the Eagle brand condensed milk can. It really pops if you layer it in a trifle bowl!!!
We call that heavenly banana pudding we been making that for years like 20yrs ago its the bomb

This was delicious! My husband loved it! I sprinkled the top with Pepperidge Farm Chess sugar cookies that I ground up in the food processor. Thank you!
Make sure y’all use the smaller 3.4 oz pack of instant pudding rather than the larger 5.1 oz box! Too much of the mix will make it too thick. Fantastic recipe! :)

This exactly how I make mine!!!! Quick simple and easy!
When I tell you I made this Yesterday for Easter and it was GONE this morning !!! Yummy ! The only difference is I used a banana cream pudding mixed with french vanilla 🥰💛 Thank you so much for sharing it was wonderful !
Plus I added cool whip with the pudding for a fluffier/lighter texture
Did you use two packs of pudding or did you mix the two to make one pack?

Banana cream with the Condensed milk
French Vanilla with the cool whip && a small amount of milk so it’s light and fluffy when combined .

MAde this on New Years 2020 and it was sooooooo good!! I added a little sugar to my heavy whipping cream and French vanilla mixture and it was soooo good!!! And I drenched my cookies with the mixture and put it in the fridge two hours to make sure my cookies were soft!!😩 thank you!
I couldn't remember if I commented already, but AB thank you SO much for this! This is now my go to for banana pudding. I just add a little vanilla extract, blend my bananas with the pudding, and add extra cookies and my family LOVES it! ❤❤❤❤

I made this last night for thanksgiving. I'm so excited to see how it comes out. I used the chess man cookies. Ended up doubling the recipe for additional layers since I made mine bigger

(as you say😊)- When you make whipped cream from heavy cream, chill the bowl first. It will make the whole process go a lot quicker.

AB, it truly looks good; however, I have to follow my mom's rendition just for sentimental reasons. It's a tedious process on the stovetop, but makes me feel closer to mom. She transitioned back in 2014.
