I tend to get frustrated with people I work with sometimes. Every time I get frustrated, I watch this and calm down. It’s like having someone here helping me put stuff in perspective. I respect rastafari people, they don't worry with matters that don't need worry, they see life as an experience and the knowledge that comes with it, and that us as people are equal and we must listen to each others because we all have a voice, a light in us and we must Share that light because we're all together in this universe.

There is no Jah because there is no God. This is just a context word to compartmentalize the unknown for those without the psyche to handle that. A true Rasta knows this if he has went deeper into his inner psyche. Nothing outside yourself and outside your experience can provide any understanding. Marley already told you God is the living man. Stop seeking religious thinking outside yourself.

I found Rastafari when I was a young teenager. Here I am 7 years later and my dreadlocks are long and I still believe whole heartedly. It’s all I know. People use to ask me why I believed in Rastafari even though I’m white and I would say the truth just found me, I’ve always been. Can’t run from this concept it’s God business. Bless the twelve tribes mansion and all others, give thanks to Jah for live everyday and live long. Honor your mother and father whether they are in earth or heaven. Be on Gods side, don’t create problems instead propose solutions. Jah is walking beside us everyday.... stand tall
