In fast food and retail jobs it absolutely is not common, for some reason a lot of people think if a person is earning minimum wage that it's ok to treat them like shit, like they are your personal servants who should be kissing the ground you walk on, it's messed up but that's the reality of the situation.
As a former chipotle employee, I could always tell whenever someone was genuinely nice and when they’re trying to be nice and expect something in return.
Kindness goes along way! I worked in retail for 10 + years, so I definitely went above and beyond for customers that were very kind, respectful and appreciative.
I work at a burrito bar and trust me this works. It is so refreshing to have a customer who takes the time to talk and actually be nice as opposed to facing a customer who looks unhappy and just wanna get the ordering process done and over with.
@@AnisAbdulKarim as if the lesson of the video wasn't to get extra food for yourself.. then insulting people that criticize your actions with name calling.. yeah that's manipulating, sugarcoating isn't gonna do it for us DOUBLE BEEF!
Im a restaurant worker, and let me tell you, we KNOW what manipulation looks like. "Being nice" psshhh.. Trust, when you ask for extra ranch AFTER you cash out, youre gettin charged..
I go to Same chipotle all the time and see the same staff and always ask about their day and chat with them so they always hook me up. Just be friendly and kind and people with reciprocate. Also ask for extra before they scoop and they’ll usually do a large portion.
Bro getting extra everything is annoying and by the time I’m down to the cold side I’m doing half scoops. Just cause you’re being polite doesn’t change the fact that your just tryna get 2 bowls for the price of one at the crews expense lmao.
I used to work there and after a while every customer would ask for more and most times I would put more before they ask and they still ask for more but I got a nice heart so I hardly charge them for the extras
Kindness goes a long way, when I’m at work if I notice someone having a bad day or they just came in being nice, I always throw extra food in the bag or an extra drink or dessert.
Ehh depends. You could smoke out the entire Hive and put the entire colony to sleep…. You could do what you please…. The bees wouldn’t even be able to fight back.
honestly I'm paying 36 bucks for two burritos in canada . I just make the same thing at home meal prep it and make a ton more at home for the same price
Who would have thought that being courteous and polite with the server wouldn't result in more food? I used to believe that simply thrusting the camera in their face and instructing them to load up would do the trick. It turns out, being genuinely interested and engaging in conversation with the server about their day actually yields more food.
Being nice goes a long way I’ve got so much free stuff that way , you will be surprised how many people are just rude af for no reason . Employees are often delighted by a nice guest , sad but true
I work at QDOBA. I've never went to Chipotle. (Or even QDOBA until I worked here) but I didn't expect them to literally be the same exact restaurant. 😂 It's alright. My overall rating on these restaurants would be 6.5/10
Being nice to chipotle workers is like.. having a key to the city. You lose it, it’s gone. But while you have it.. the world is endless lol. Tonight I got double meat for the price of one, two different types. Didn’t even charge.
that’s funny you made this video! i always ask them how there day is bc obviously they’ve used to hearing the same rude ppl listing off their order immediately. i also just kindly ask for a little bit more protein too. also don’t ask for double or you’ll get charged double. lastly this isn’t manipulation like some of the dildos said, it’s simply being kinda and using a smart choice of works. it’s a doggy doggy world not taking advantage
People mad at this guy for being nice to the employees and in return getting more food from a massive establishment that probably throws out a shit ton of food. If you aren’t a soy and want to try this it works.
bros manipulating people and calling it a chipotle hack
It’s more of a life hack 😂
😂
Lmfaooo😂
Social Engineering at its finest
Man's on his Aizen shit
The fact that the hack is being nice and polite it's crazy as if that's not common human decency

Yup, most people can
You're right it's better to be honest and just demand that you give extra. I pay your salary after all
I'll take both kinds. No complaints

@@Redditor6079 if your profile photo you?
The employee was just being nice. I would've done the same thing. 😂
And that's the hack ..apparently
That’s the point lol
I would have said you ordered one serving man what you think this is Qdoba or something
Depends on the worker lol cuz them boys be lookin crazy when you say “a little more” 🥴
& it’s right before they yell out “double steak” 😂😂😂🎈🎈🎈
😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣 "a little more beans, please"
"DOUBLE BEANS!"
Right!😂😂

I blame these videos for Chipotle now charging for a side of tortilla.
LOL
Thank you customers for falling into temptation. Now they are charging for side after they wanted extras...
So true, smh
Yeah they use to be free
Now Chipotle raised prices 4th time in a row !!!!
Another Chipotle hack is to go to your local grocery store and cook it at home. You can make several burritos and get more for your money's worth.
You can't make a burrito at home cheaper than Chipotle. You have to buy beef, tortilla, ingredients, etc
Are u stupid?@@MisterUrbanWorld
@@MisterUrbanWorldYou can’t make a single burrito cheaper but 4 or 5 or more burritos would be cheaper
