This is basically what I thought Epic Fetus was and wanted to be.
I thought about regular fetus with rockets from Isaac and Epic Fetus as rockets from sky

@@peachpie4219 Yeah, but they had to rebalance it and make it work with the new items from afterbirth and ab+. Also, they couldn't just copy and past it from antibirth, they had to recreate it.
I still feel sad that mom's knife didn't get much in synergies. Repentance is a sick update, tho, there's no denying that.

Epic fetus might be better because you dont need line of sight, but at the same time it doesnt have knockback which can also be very usefull

the fact that they made new stats, sprites, and sound effects purely for when you have dr fetus, rocket in a jar, and soy milk is amazing to me

Well, time to make builds based off of TF2's Soldier's rocket launchers.
Triple shot and tractor beam makes beggars bazooka effectively, not counting manual loading, overloading/overload jumping and rocket deviation.
The Direct Hit

pyromaniac + tears down pill
Rocket Jumper
any item that removes damage from explosions and adds extra knockback as long as it affects the player

anything that makes bombs deal fire damage, damage down pill, tears up and any tech item that doesn't effect the rocket too much

the level of detail in every single synergy with this game... its unreal
my favourite synergy with the rocket launcher is ghost bombs and cluster bombs since it changes from a single ghost into like 5 red ghosts that all home in on surrounding enemies. looks really flashy and has a cool cluster missile aesthetic to it :0
a combination that you will see maybe in one out of a thousand runs. Man its so cool to see so many options yet a lot of them are such rare gems

tatical nuke "challenge"(more like a fun run) : butt bombs (just to represent the fallout), toxic shock( with smaller damage to represent the radiation coming out of isaac), dr fetus, rocket in a jar, ipecac( to represent the power of the nuke), misterious liquid( the pool of radiation in the middle), mr mega, slower fire rate and smaller range just to make the rocket land on the floor. also make isaac look like bob to make him look like a nuke survivor.
this would make more sense with epic fetus :P

I cant play this game cuz all my computers break after a month, i had a laptop and a pc, now they wont work, at the pc the keyboard at the laptop everything, even opening it
@@mr.rubert377 Is the only problem with your PC your keyboard? And for your Laptop, it doesn't open at all? If it does open but doesn't turn on it could be a number of problems but the first thing that comes to mind is a fried / completely dead battery.

The fact that the missiles can be blown up by enemy bullets kinda kills this synergy, I got it on one of my first Repentance runs and was very disappointed when I found that out and promptly died because of it

I have a feeling the angelic prism changing the direction of the rockets is a bug.
It's likely what's happening is that the additional rockets spawned are not inheriting the original rocket's rotation, so they're just set to a default rotation, which happens to be facing right.
So take skipecac and you turn the rocket into a torpedo. Really cool.
This, Quadshot, Prismatic and tractorbeam sounds hella fun to use
also when you sneeze at right moment your rocket goes brrrrr
