I once knew an engineer who was fairly new and he had answered an interview question in a brutally honest way and did not get the job. When asked, "where do you see yourself in five years ?" He said, "possibly working for a larger company !" Obviously the wrong answer !

Hi Richard .. I donot have previous experience working as data engineer but I have good amount of experience working as a database developer (oracle) and bi engineer .. how can I structure my answers accordingly for the tell me about yourself and why should we hire you questions?
I would still follow my advice in the video, but use your own experiences :)
