Purdy is not a legend YET. I’m a huge Brock Purdy fan. But if he keeps playing like this every season and wins a Super Bowl then yes, he will be a legend. He is balling out of control! Breaking records! He’s only gonna get better in time.

Brock Purdy is clearly the most valuable player on the team. What would the Niners be without him? We saw that play out in the NFC championships last year. When Purdy went out the Niners fell apart. Even with CMC, Deebo, Brandon, Kittle and Trent on the field. BCB is the heart and soul of the team and the MVP.

Not one of these pundits who say Brock isn’t even the MVP in his own team would choose starting a playoff game w CMC but Sam Darnold at QB over Brock and like Jordan Mason. It’s not Brock’s fault he plays the most valuable position in sports. He’s quite clearly the MVP. He’s the most important player on (so far) the best team. If he’s not the front runner, you’re lying to yourself.
After that game with packers , I saw that they were on verge of losing , and the heart Brock showed but also the team to make that win made me fan

Trent Williams is the most valueble player on offense with that said Brock Purdy has stepped up to be the best QB that I know since Steve Young in my days of watching the 49ers. I had to watch the 49ers with so many QBs started since Young left. From Jeff Garcia to Jimmy G. The 49ers have had okay starters to bad starters to what the hell kind of starters from that point.

The thing that makes some special is the IT factor its hard to scout that. You have to be thrown in the fire for IT to come out. When you have a system like Shanahans you have to be able to learn and retain a lot of information quickly and to recall it under the pressure of the play

I really hope he doesn't take a take it personally and use it as a motivation to remind himself that he has something to prove not so far he's been playing really good how cool of a story it will be that he was the last pick of a draft that helps the 49ers win a super bowl... We still have three games left and it's going to be very very tough especially our next game against Baltimore on Christmas Day... But I am rooting for Brock prudy.

Amazing…a legend in less than 2 full years & no SB rings to speak of just a statistical hot streak. Blows my mind that a 49er fan sees his efforts as amazing but let me put this in perspective. He’s 20 TD’s shy of a few elite QB,s on the season total. The standards have been lowered because the league IQ has diminished and players are not developing for the marathon but the sprint.

Purdy came in to replace Jimmy G, but his first start was against Tom Brady.
He’s on his way to greatness
The final score was 44-13 for Brady's Pats over a young Peyton and the colts. I am still surprised how well Purdy is playing. Truly I can see the Niners win the Super Bowl at least this year. I don't think Purdy will have a better, overall, career than Tom Brady, but then most likely nobody will. But I am sure that overall, Purdy had a better career than Brady, at the high school level and college level. But even if Purdy wins 3, 2, or even 1 Super Bowl, that would still be be pretty cool for someone who was drafted last in the draft.
People don't realize it takes an elite QB to function an elite offense. You can have the best players in each position on offense, but if you don't have a good QB, you can't use any of it.
