This 1985 Mercedes-Benz Unimog U1300L was purchased by the seller in 2004 and subsequently converted into an overland-style expedition vehicle with the addition of an aluminum camper cabin. The truck is finished in light green and tan and is powered by a 5.7-liter turbodiesel inline-six linked to an eight-speed manual transmission, a selectable transfer case, locking differentials, and portal axles. Additional equipment includes a Ramsey winch, Total Vision perimeter cameras, Garmin navigation, an Icom HF transceiver, and a JVC CD stereo.
The camper cabin is separate from the cab and houses a living area with a kitchenette, a dinette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom. Amenities include a Carrier roof-top air conditioner, a Webasto diesel-powered heater, hinged windows with screens, a Nova Kool refrigerator, an LG flat-screen television, a sound bar, and a Pioneer CD stereo.

Just watched the video by the new owner. Broke down 1 hr after picking it up. Had it eventually towed to a Unimog specialist in Colorado. 3months later picked it up. Needed a new engine.
So be careful and have things checked out prior to purchasing vehicles.

There is a video after the one you mentioned where he visits another channel called "ADRENALIN INDUSTRIES" and the video is called "Custom Unimog Camper Tour & Super Rare Unimog's!" at the time stamp of 1 minute he tells the story how it happened. He ignored his EGT and blew up the engine all on his own. No one else to blame but himself.
