    8:30 I rode this coaster, the Hangtime in the upside-down track is insane, you get a solid 7 seconds of it. It has more Hangtime on this one piece of track that Hangtime has on the entire ride.
    The loop an Half Loop leading into and out of the Scorpion tail is also really forceful, but also very jerky.

  • @EliteCoasters
    @EliteCoasters Před 3 lety +2

    I know RCDB doesn't consider this one of a kind, but Steel Vengeance's 2nd inversion is pretty unique. It's like the zero-g stall on Wicked Cyclone, but you are descending throughout the element, kind of like how Storm Runner's flying snake dive is similar to a zero-g roll, except you are dropping while taking the element. So, I feel like this should have gotten an honorable mention or something but that's just me. I love this unique video idea though! Great job 👍

    I rode Cobra in Conny Land 3 weeks ago and was very positively surprised. The roller coaster is pretty intense (up to 5.5 g) and a lot of fun. There is a reason why PAX is called Crazy Iwan. You are already fully in the seatbelts at the lift. Because of the steepness, the descent is very intense with good acceleration. Then there are two very nice airtime hills followed by the loop and the scorpion tail. The loop is quite tight and intense on the way to the scorpion tail. On the way back you are slower so that you have good hangtime. Of course, the scorpion tail itself also provides good hangtime. It is highly recommended to ride the roller coaster both forwards and backwards, as both feel different. In general, Conny Land is highly recommended. Although the park is only small, it offers some unusual attractions that families in particular can have a lot of fun with.

    I love maxx force and how unique it is, and it’s definitely up there with bull and goliath for best ride at the park, but it’s unfortunate that it has an ungodly amount of downtime. Great America is my home park and i worry that they might might remove maxx force too soon because the constant maintenance is too much of a headache

      Its not classified as one on rcdb, probably because for most coasters with free spin capabilities theres no way to track that

    Hi Chris! I know you love to know everything about the parks, so I got some info! I went to Kings Dominion on Sunday, and while I was in line for Dominator, I noticed a blocked off part of the parking lot, and inside of it was parts for an S&S freespin, green track and brown supports.

    Seriously, Cobra at Conny-Land is well worth it. It's at a tiny (but kinda cute) park so an hour or two should be enough if you are in a hurry. Cobra is really intense and just funny to ride. Oh yeah, and the ride next to it caught on fire while I was having a zen ride, that was a memorable moment for sure lol

    What about the Bent Cuban Eight - now only on Dream Coaster in Iraq (formerly on G-Force at Drayton Manor, though).
    And what about that Zero-G roll on Wicked Cyclone that changes its mind/direction when upside-down. Is that repeated anywhere else?

    I'm making my first visit to Hershey Park in 6 days and Storm Runner is going to be closed. I'm beyond devastated, it was in my top 5 bucket list coasters for this trip with Phantom's Revenge, Phoenix, El Toro & Kingda Ka. I already knew Jersey Devil wouldn't be open yet.
