Wow good on ya! Always surprising to look up the prices of these things, the quality hose reels are incredibly expensive aren't they. good luck to you!!
Seems to be pretty streamlined and logically thought out. I would give it a thumbs up but you have your quick connects in a backwards orientation...LOL 👍
I lucked up and found a used one for a deal in my area. My advice is to just stay on the lookout for tanks like these. If you see one on a deal, buy it! Otherwise new, they are very expensive.
@@rightwayexteriorcleaning4206 I just meant on anything with a battery always fuse as close to the battery as possible. I’m building a pressure/soft wash trailer right now and the only thing I’m having trouble finding is a hose reel that will hold 250 of 5/8 flexzilla. That doesn’t cost $1000 and has stainless 1” manifold.
@@rightwayexteriorcleaning4206 all the ones I’ve been looking at have 1/2” manifolds. I don’t see any point in using 5/8” hose if I’m going to reduce down to 1/2” at the reel
Sorry for late reply, my notifications haven’t been on. But no, I haven’t had an issue with leaks on any bulkheads. Don’t skimp on bulkheads tho. Get the good ones.
I don’t have an exact dollar amount, but I would say I have around 5k total in trailer and equipment. Doing all work myself with help from friends. That’s finding deals on tanks, and using more budget friendly equipment.
@@rightwayexteriorcleaning4206 gotcha just didn't know if 40 wasn't enough getting filtered out or if anything over 100-120 would restrict flow too much so would need bigger etc etc lol. But build looks great though 👍👏
@@coryj1811 so I’m not a total expert. But, I don’t think mesh size is super important. Obviously wouldn’t go to big. I only have mine to catch grass or shavings or anything that might be lurking inside of my tanks. Also, after further education. I no longer use a mesh filter on my softwash system. Due to the fact that SH will destroy the mesh overtime and cause more problems. Only use on my water inlet and pressure washer now.
@@rightwayexteriorcleaning4206 for sure. And on my sh side I have pvc filter and using the rubber washer with mesh filter on my water sides. Nice set up has everything you need. No need to get carried away with expensive rigs.
Thanks for the new ideas. You rock!! Wash on!!!
Change your 3/4 line for a 1" you will see the diference i went from 1/2 to 1" and had an increase in 800psi and more flow
Nice build brotha, good luck in the industry. 💪🏿✊🏿

This is exactly what I’m looking to build
Everything is very nicely placed nice setup!
Yeah…”budget” lol but still a great set up. I’m just starting out in the industry and learning from guys like you.. thank you
Looking good can't wait to see it in action

Nice set up!
Best of luck 🤞🙏
Nice setup!
I really enjoyed your video
Thanks. I’m not a big CZcams creator. But! I may try to start making some videos here and there if people are actually benefiting from watching
I'm sitting behind a truck right now lol
Near pigeon forge? Lol that’s me
🔥🔥🔥
Wow awesome info. I’m so impressed and motivated thanks
Nice build! Any suggestions on where to find tanks that don't cost an arm and a leg?
For the water tank only, menards has a 235 gal buffer tank for about $230 that will ship FOR FREE to any menards store for pick up.
@@DsnRabble Menards doens't exist in my state unfortunately

just buy a used IBC container.
Put a fuse at the battery going out to your fuse panel in your soft wash box. Will keep from burning the whole wire in case of a short.
Good suggestion. It’s not setup like this anymore. Check out my updated video.

looks nice you really did a good job builing that
Nice Trailer..What pump are you running on the 420? Thanks in Advance!

Is it belt driven?
Love it, does your bleach tank leak at the bulkhead?

Great video, we’re did u buy that pump how much did u pay?
Try solar power to charge can hook on top of tool box
No more 12 volt system lol
Do you have a total build cost for this setup

Nice rig brother! I got the same unit. Did you get that from zak? I love mine its definitely a money machine.
Did I get what from zak?
That's so great.. but is to much for me 😢
Start small and build up. Took me 6 months to have this setup. Just keep pushing and get jobs
How much would you charge to build someone a trailer?

Contact Jeremy messer-kentucky wash pros. Haven’t talked to him lately. He may not be doing them anymore.

What mesh size are your filters and are they all the same size for each pump/tank on your trailer?
Honestly not sure of the mesh size, but they are all the same filters. Except the water inlet, it’s bigger. I think it’s 1” or 3/4”.
