it really sucks writing essays about your own achievements when you dont really feel like you have had any. for me, i could talk about academic achievments, but most scholarships in my country are about community involvement and leadership, and i just haven't had those opportunities. what would i even write about?

That's me too, I feel like others tell that little things matter but I don't appreciate myself n I never had leadership opportunities even when I became a prefect of my house or smtg.
Lie
Someone told me that it would be okay to lie if you write about something that you would like to do even though you haven't had the chance to do so. Like you can write about how you have done community service at a library, even if you haven't, but you know you would do it or you are planning to do it eventually. I think it would work fine for "small" contributions but I would not recommend lying about any other "big" events like saying a loved one has past away, or someone you know has a severe illness.
This is where creative thinking comes in. A good answer is there, you just need to be creative. Creative solutions to a problem shows ingenuity.

For difficult questions that you can't answer, develop unique answers. Start strong. Be likeable. Revise, revise, revise.
Something that helps me with writing is just to start writing and don't worry about grammar or syntax. Either that or record yourself answering the question just talking about anything and review the recording.
I read a tumblr post once that said, "If you're writing an essay, just imagine yourself as a pompous high-aristocratic elf monologuing about your accomplishments with pompous bullshit language" and that has stuck on me like bubblegum on hair for years
but the thing about leadership really helped me, because i have never had an actual opportunity for "leadership" in that i have never been in any physical position to lead, but the idea that the smaller things like just influencing a friend counts is really amazing to me. thanks

One thing that may not be easy to learn is how to be articulate regardless of accomplishments and overcoming challenges. Being articulate allows one to better express themselves and it's something that most people find very hard to do.

Great video! thank you so much! so with regards to your don't do fluff tip, how about a more literary intro to give a certain hook? Like my message will be delivered without it, but I am trying to emphasise the situation and bringing it to the audience. When I was writing essays for college and common app and such, people recommended to always set the setting ("on a cold night, as I was walking through the desolated street"). Same here or be more straight forward?

I signed up at fastweb last year summer in August but during the school year the scholarships weren't that interesting or didn't grab my attention. Now the end of the school year is almost here there's all these interesting scholarships I'm playing too and I feel like the good scholarships art in the summer but I'm still looking for other web sites to apply to find more interesting scholarships.

Talk about:
struggles
achievements
Goals
What are you doing currently that will help you achieve your goals?
How will the Scholarship help you succeed in what you are doing currently? ( for example, you are full time student and also work full time and if you get the scholarship you can cut down your work hours to because you are getting some financial assistance. So you get more time concentrate on your college and get involved in extracurricular activities. And can get internship in your career related field.)
