This is our first video and today I am sharing my own home, to show how quickly a home can become overwhelming. This mess was after I was incapacitated with a migraine. Come clean with me!

Sick for three days and suddenly it looks like this. Really shows that a mom really does a lot of work daily to keep a house clean.
Your mom group cleaning for each other reminded me of a time when a lady in my church was pregnant and had complications and unable to do her normal routines. A group of about four or five of us women at church decided that after that day's service we were going to storm her house and get it all done. She didn't know we were coming and she was just floored! We were not just strangers, but friends coming in and ordering her to stay on the couch and watch, like a group of fairytale fairies we flitted about and chatted with her along the way too. So delighted, and the whole place was reset in a couple hours. It was fun and loving and very much needed and appreciated. You're giving a very basic human gift to people. Giving them back some dignity and a springboard to hopefully recover from whatever has set them back.

I don't think people understand migraines unless they've experienced it or very close to some one. I got rid of everything that had a smell, specially anything to the body (lotion, everything), cleaning supplies and practice breathing in quiet. finally in my 50's no more migraines praise God, best wishes for your channel
Isn't it ridiculous that you have to explain every tiny little detail in case someone comes back at you in the comments. A great reset for you and I hope you went and chilled out afterwards (although being a mum myself I know that once you're on your feet after being ill it's business as usual 😊

Hi ! Another viewer from France sent by Midwest Magic Cleaning ^^ For the gaz stove, what I do is put aluminum sheets on top of it, and cut holes for the burners. When cleaning is needed, you just remove the sheets, wash some crumbs, rince, repeat, and it is done !
Migraines are awful! My problem was tooth aches! Thanks to dad, the world kept revolving! You often can get things back in order all by yourself very quickly once you move on from what ails you. You are right, just get things picked up and worry about deep cleaning once you catch your breath! Friends helping other friends is a lovely idea! Thanks for showing us nobody is above losing control! There! Now you can breathe and relax, the moose in the room has moved on! Thanks for sharing, hugs!

Love your mission, and how you have a support group of moms who help each other out. You are one busy person, with 4 kiddos, working on a degree, and a home and marriage to maintain. I admire you started with your own situation after a migraine episode, and I'm sorry you have to deal with the condition. I had a neighbor who dealt with intense episodes and had tried every therapy, diet modification, and medication to try to get a handle on them with little success. I hope you found something that helps besides waiting them out.

I've come here from Midwest Magic Cleaning. Great first video. I used to suffer with migraines and they are hell in the head. I don't have them any more (thankfully) but sympathy and empathy to you.
GAS HOB CLEANING: If you squeeze half a lemon (or a whole lemon) over the hob and leave it for about 2-5 minutes the lemon, which is acidic, will help to break down the fat deposits making it easier to clean. Use the cut side of the lemon as a 'sponge' to clean. Use paper towels and not a fabric cloth to clean it all off because you will have to throw it away. Works great in stainless steel sinks and drainers as well. But your kitchen will smell of lemon so only use if you like that smell. I have subscribed to your channel.
I was a migraine sufferer for over 30 years. After menopause it just disappeared. A house falls apart in no time. I am watching from Ontario Canada. Good Luck with the channel I will subscribe with pleasure.

I raised 2 children on my own, and I suffer from migraines. I get it. I am 60 now, and I stay on top of my laundry at all times. We have a family joke that when the kids were growing up, I was behind on laundry for 20 years. I found it impossible to keep up with the sorting, washing, folding, and putting away even when the kids were old enough to wash their own laundry. You are doing a great job.
Thank you, we joke that laundry takes 1 day to wash and dry then 7-10 business days to be put away 😅 x

After cleaning stainless steel appliances we wipe them over with a few dabs of baby oil on a microfibre cloth, wiping in one direction with the grain and then buffing/polishing (if needed) with the dry section of the microfibre cloth.
