I have the same issue After consulting the doctor I started to use customised shoes for it. That is the only way u can peacefully walk or go to the gym.
Use insole inside your shoes ..it will be like a rubber one with kushion on heel ..supports for better when walking .after walking use compression socks for 2 hours & remove it

Thank you very much Ramya! But after walking I am getting Plantar fasciitis. Any idea on how to reduce that issue to continue the walking.
