    I started to walk 4k+steps daily mam it gives me such a relieve for my stress and I feel very active full day

    Walking + eating healthy (calories or intermittent fasting). Walking is only 10 percent. What you eat is 90 Percent

    People with overweight have high risk of getting knee pain all of a sudden even jus walking for 20 mins a day within a month atleast for me... that was my case....

    எனக்கு Zumba பண்றப்ப அப்படி உண்டாகும்..

    Caz ....though you wont eat sugar and fat....your liver will convert whatever you eat into fat and glucose....it will store it for emergency purposes.....like being lost in desert....a island...etc....

    Hi ramya make video on have to get rid of flabby arms. To get long lean arms without bulking up should we go for high reps with low weight r heavy weighs with low reps ? Which is best ?pls do share ur knowledge it ll be helpful for us

      I have the same issue After consulting the doctor I started to use customised shoes for it. That is the only way u can peacefully walk or go to the gym.

      Use insole inside your shoes ..it will be like a rubber one with kushion on heel ..supports for better when walking .after walking use compression socks for 2 hours & remove it
