I have a question about why all the retesting is allowed. Would you not instead investigate the cause of the first test's failure before proceeding with retesting?
I also have a question about the solution in which the dissolution occurs. Since you're trying to simulate the GI tract environment, shouldn't the solution have a defined pH or pH range?
Dissolution study was performed, according to standard procedure on a sample of 6 tablets
of paracetamol (500mg). It has been found that 300 mg of drug was dissolved in 30 min. Comment
whether these samples of tablets are perfect to be marketed or not
D value of paracetamol is 80 %. It means that after 30 min 80% i.e. 400 mg drug should come into solution. As per your data 300 mg of drug comes into solution after 30 min. In this case you have to perform dissolution test for another 6 tablets and act as per the procedure given in the video.
