Hems & Poles.
Hurry! A Story's Lesson, Not for the Faint-Hearted.
Beyond the Seams, The Eternal Significance of the Ark's Attached Carrying Poles. A Call to Immediate Aid in Every Stitch of Life.
- In the merit of our dear friend Elyakeem Kinstlinger, a bright light, who suddenly tragically passed today.

The "Running Commentary" is a (once or twice) weekly, short, inspiring, relevant Torah thought, usually from the Rebbe (therebbe.org/), which I share live on Facebook, while on my exercise run - and upload afterward to this CZcams Channel.
It evolved like this:
During my runs, I listen to a Torah talk, usually from the Rebbe (www.sichos.com/.... It's so inspiring and beautiful that I want to share it.
All it takes is a little microphone and selfie stick - now, upgraded to a Gimble - and there you have it.
Exercising my mind, body, and soul, and sharing the light, simultaneously.
You can do it too. Please do.
[If you'd like to get links (FB, CZcams and Audio) for the Running Commentaries sent to you weekly, via Whatsapp or email, please pm.]
