In this video, I will introduce to Working Capital Management. My discussion is divided intro three (3) parts:
1. Cash and Marketable Securities Management
2. Receivables Management
3. Inventory Management
This is the third part of the three-part discussion. In this video, I have discussed some traditional techniques used in inventory management. Also, the discussion includes the sample problems on economic order quantity (EOQ) and reorder point.

Pag nature and importance naman kasi, anjan na yung essence niya sa inventory management e.. kasi directly connected siya sa profit, like syempre nag istock tayo ng inventory for production or in case may bibili na satin, so related siya sa Sales.. pero di naman pwedeng mag stock ng sobrang dami kasi may cost naman yun, like storage and handling costs which is related naman sa Expenses.. so the importance of inventory management is on maintaining just enough (not too low, not too much) inventory para ma accommodate yung sales at the same time minimizing expenses..
