I understand your challenge but It's not difficult to add a custom configurator to your website, there are plenty of developers in Thailand that can do this for you. It doesn't have to cover every possible option but it would be helpful to get a ball park figure for.a trip. I can't see any starting pricing on your site, the absence of any pricing information is not an advantage from a marketing perspective, quite the opposite.
We are working on a calculator but we see most of our visitors spend 60 second to 90 seconds on the site, then submit a form. So it will be interesting to see if they use it or prefer to submit an inquiry.
@@5StarMarinePhuket This is simply untrue. No one decides to spend £300-£1000 on a whim in 30 seconds after browsing a website. Being transparent on costs is the basics of good customer service.
@@L0nd0nUK Actually our stats show the conversion path of the visitor is to form submission and the average visitor time is 60-90 seconds to conversion. The conversion is not a booking, but an inquiry with the details we require to create a proposal :) As we said we are trying a calculator, will be interesting to see which one is most effective :)
We asked for a quote for a boat trip prior to arriving to Phuket for a week. Shaun replied within an hour with a quote. Was very surprised as with the time change between our countries (we are from Canada) we thought we would have to wait a while. Getting a quote is painless and we were booked the same day. Btw they are fantastic. We booked one tour (Krabi Island and area) and while out on the boat we asked to book another tour for another day to Phi Phi Island area. Boats are well maintained and comfortable and crew of three (for the two of us) treated us like royalty. These trips were the highlight of our 34 day trip around Asia!
This was the damn most annoying video ever with the two of you yelling and babbling. Big waste of seven minutes of my life. Why could you not have done a one minute video in which you state there are so many different variables with your tours, and then list those variables, that you cannot give a price without obtaining more information? Alternatively, why not give an approximate per-person price for each destination, which obviously would reflect a higher price for a further and longer trip, then have a list of add-ons, like hotel pick up and lunch that would add to that approximate cost. Everyone would then know to get the specific cost they would need to provide you with further information, including number of persons on the tour. Having said that, your tours do look like they would be the sort of thing I am interested in and I will send you an email on your site.
Very simple process really , email your requested island / islands. , how many people in your group , lunch or not , snorkel or not , hotel pickup if required , you get a quote and you also have all the info you need , This is the best way to go
At the end of the day you will pay for what you feel is a fair price and whether you feel what you are going to receive is value for money. The Model @5starmarine uses works for me. I know as soon as I get the quote what's included and what's not. I know that everything I want to do will be taken care of and I know that there will just be me and my party on the boat. If i wanted to share with 50 people and be on a timetable then i would choose the budget trip. I know from experience that if i see something and as ask to stop there then that's what happens. I have pictures on a deserted sandbank from my last trip because i could ask to stop there. The other thing you have to consider is what is the boat like that your travelling in. We know, because you go back through videos year on year, that these boats have a full overhaul every year. They look like new and you always get the luxury feeling as you step on board. Can you say that about all Tour Operators? What price do you put on your safety? In the end its all about an individuals choice. Mine is 5 Star Marine because of the memories i already have and the ones that will be made in the future.

The fact that there are no prices on your website is the reason I won't book a tour and I am sure that applies for lots of people
