There are many beaches in Thailand that could make a top 10 but I personally think Hong Island Krabi could make it. That place is something else. Get a 5 star Marine boat and see for yourself. I am going again next year

Koh Kradan closed in August, but opened in September right?

Quality boats , safety first , very dizzy from the spins but again enjoy watching what 5 start offer

Are there any restrictions on swimming at Railay, Koh Poda etc?

Covid proved that these measures are necessary. Many places to visit, just need to be patient and flexible

Can we still visit poda island & chicken island without snorkling??

Sunscreen is no good for the ocean life. All the locals say it.

wonderfull snorklers are contributing to coral bleaching and divers. They must have superhuman abilities such as eyes that throw heat beams into the coral and bodies that radiat heat to warm the water to contribute to bleeching. Boats going there use fuels getting there but once there the engines are not running therfore not contbibuting any polutants onsite. Divers wear wetsuits and are at least 4+ metres below the surface - sunscreen not required. Snorklers could wear lycra suits for protection.
