@Dusk Raccoon I can't speak for the Spanish reviewer, but as a Swede, I follow both Phelan and 'Felix recenserar.'.. and the funny thing is that Wabuu became a villain character in Felix's reviews as well. I believe it's just natural when you review movies where one dick-ish snap-bracelet-legged raccoon keeps popping up.
(In one review, they got the actor from the Swedish dub to make a voice cameo for a skit. Hearing 'Wabuu' threatening someone with murder feels kinda unreal, and horrifying... and still somewhat fitting. 😐')

I've already stumbled across a video about how to treat your cell phone battery. It was uploaded by a channel, that DOES produce content about media stuff, but it's mostly critical commentary. So the battery topic seemed a little trivial.

Janis is literally just a real life creepypasta. The thought of there being more Dingo films being lost and still undiscovered is genuinely terrifying.
From the really graphic imagery in the slaughterhouse scene, to the very random plot, to the whole thing being a mess, it does really feel like a creepy pasta. And why I like to spread it.

Fun thing about Felix Recenserar, he managed to get the Swedish Voice actor for Wabu to guest star multiple times.

Take it actual deeper (no joke this time): Dingo Pictures is coming back and we have something to do with that. Ludwig Ickered died in late 2019. Friends of him Owns Dingo Pictures now and a friend of them is the CEO which contacted me for getting it back to life.
Btw: just say sorry now when some Videos about Dingo Pictures will get claimed in the near Future. Just contact us. We are looking forward to start to get the german audio by contract into Streaming platforms and Content ID Systems in a few weeks.

@@arte0021 That's a bit of rabbit hole you're getting into! I can't say I'm the most knowledgeable on the subject, but I think one of the earlier and most well-known videos was the one on the Super Mario 64 iceberg, so if you're curious that's probably a good place to start.

I find it pretty charming a rather obscure budget/mockbuster animation company brought so many people together to properly document its history and its animations mostly out of ironic humor. The internet is a strangely beautiful place.

I was so nervous this was gonna be another April Fool’s video until I realized it already premiered on Patreon 3 days ago lol
Despite this being an April fools joke, this does give me a warm feeling to see the journey both phelous and us viewers have taken with these reviews
We have gone from looking at lion and the king while scratching our heads wondering what the hell we are looking at to excitedly awaiting the next dingo film covered, even phelous revealed he started enjoying these reviews after a while, not to mention phelous has gone from knowing almost nothing about the company to now being able to talk about them for almost half an hour
...and yet all these years later we still have no idea why dingo released movies on a PlayStation disc
(And before anyone says something like ‘to expand their market’, first tell me one other company that does this)

This was a pleasant surprise. I was half expecting him to just rick-roll us or something. But he actually devoted his time to this video, and that’s really respectable IMO.
While I’m always happy to see April Fools videos that are just made for fun by creators to joke with their fans, when said April Fools videos have this much effort put into them and actually deliver that they advertise, it’s really awesome to see!

Spanish is my first language, and I've been following Loulogio since the dawn of time. I would have NEVER in a million years imagined that Phelous would mention him. Truly a bizarre world we're living in.
And I was very surprised that he mentioned Felix recenserar (though, the channel is known as "MonteFjanton Creations"). Swedish is my first language, just like it is for the creators of that channel.

About that "exit scene" quote in Alladin, here's my theory about it :
In the French dub of that movie, he says "Enfin, il se passe quelque chose (Finally, something happens) !" So I think that, in the English dub, he was saying "Finally, something exciting happens !" But for some reason, some part of the audio was missing, and because of the dubber's lousy accent, "exciting" has been taken for "exit scene".

I always had a theory that the Animal Soccer World dub was done by a much older version of the kid from the other dubs, which is why the voice sounds older and there is some noticeable improvement. But then again, I also had a theory that the dubs were originally created by the kid for a school project and that he roped his family into helping him, and the Animal Soccer World dub was done when the kid was in high school. As someone who worked on bad media school projects, it would explain a lot.

That's why the "raccoon" is so off with its white band, and kangaroo hops. The Wabuu is some kind of alternate dimensional being. For the sake of Phelous's sanity, he should not dig any deeper.

the most cursed Dingo dubs are the ones that sound half decent
I feel like there should be two more entries SOMEWHERE on the iceberg (or at least one of them):
- *The Code Monkeys:* These are the developers of the Midas Interactive and Phoenix Games releases of the Dingo Pictures movies, responsible for the menus and crappy minigames. They also made other games though.
- *Aqua Pacific:* These are the developers of some Phoenix Games cartoons that are often mistaken as other Dingo Pictures movies, such as Snow White and the Seven Clever Boys, that are usually even crappier and much shorter. They were the poor man's The Code Monkeys, since they also made their menus and crappy minigames, but look much worse. They even do their own horrible boxart. They seem to have merged to Phoenix Games later, but I don't know for sure.
It's debatable whether Aqua Pacific REALLY needs to be on here, considering the only connection with Dingo Pictures is that both make crappy knockoff movies which are sold on PS2 discs by Phoenix Games, meaning the two often get confused for one another, but hey, it makes for fun trivia at least.
ACTUALLY, Longsoft Multimedia was the true creators of these Aqua Pacific movies. These were originally released on PC in Poland under the CD-Romek name.

This is a pretty well made video and pretty neat, but I think that most people, like myself until today, skipped it because they justifiably thought that it was just a simple april fools joke and not a legit ice berg video. Its a shame, really, cause its a good video to summarize everything we know about this once very mysterious german company
