I think that the DJI Action 4 is the best action cam out there and it looks great here. I'm waiting for the Action 5 to replace my GoPro 10. I think everyone's weight fluctuates by a couple pounds every week. Heck, I'm +/- 1lb depending on what time of the day I weigh myself. You're right, it's a lifelong marathon and about balance and sticking with a healthy lifestyle over a long period of time.

Thanks..Can't go wrong with the Osmo action 4. I think the picture looked great, plus being able to connect to my dii mic 2 is a definite plus
