I do not have access to Hypericum perforatum, but can get Hypericum frondosum. Could this be used instead? Thank you
I'd suggest researching it properly yourself but it does seem that the 484 different species do work similarly. Look at this, then continue checking it out pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23521674/
Where in the UK 🇬🇧 can it be found?
Gardens, parks, even on industrial estates where shrubbery has been planted. I found a whole load in my local B&Q car park but took it from the less vehicle busy areas.
