When riding my right foot somehow always hurts and it goes numb sometimes, which doesn’t let my heel go down as much
This might be a question for a physio therapist. It shouldnt be going numb. Perhaps you could provide a small video of clip of you riding so I could have an idea of whats going on.

How do u help it if like when u do a jump u bend ur knee and ur heels go up after wards? If that makes and sense
I believe so. You are saying that when you go over a jump your heel comes up. Its actually probably more that your toe goes down and naturally the heel comes up. Two things. It can just be inexperience in using your heel properly and can be fixed by more flat work or it can be that you are either tipped forward and you are pivoting off of your knee in which case it could be fixed by finding something to concentrate on which is up high so that your eye level remains high and loosening your knees to not create a pivot point.
