We visited Tonchinkan in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, for this photo shoot. It is a traditional tonkatsu restaurant where you can enjoy delicious tonkatsu made with meat that is cut by hand, one piece at a time. oil used for frying clean, as they want their customers to eat food that is good for their health. This commitment is also reflected in the food prepared for the staff, which is cooked by the owner himself every day. Carefully prepared with the health of the family, staff, and customers in mind.

下処理と衣の付け方が凄く丁寧で感心した。
ここまで丁寧な店は見たことがない。
そちらに行った時は是非寄って食したい気持ちになりました。
When looking at color of the pork chop taking out from the oil after frying, you knew the quality was super, especially when hearing the crispy sound while it was cutting by knife.
古代米はおかわりするとお腹がパンパンになります(笑)

手がこんでいて美味しそうな肉に仕上がってると思う。
昨今の低温調理器とかで分厚いトンカツ、試しに食べてみたけど
ありえないくらい不味かった、やはりこのお店のかつの肉の厚み、
衣のパン粉の比率というかバランスが大事だと思う。パイナップルが
泣ける…素敵ヽ(^o^)丿 誰が食べても美味しいと思えるものを出すのが
良いお店だと思う。
美味いんだけどオヤジが偏屈だと聞いたことある。

古代米もいくらでも食べれますね。赤出汁の玉子もとてもおいしいし、豚カツもタレも言うことないですね。開店当時のメニューを書いた人の知り合いですよ。一緒に連れて行ってもらいました。今度行ったら私たちですと言いますよ。

お店の人もそんなマイノリティな人に来てほしくないので問題なし
