The wax!!! I’ve had all my panels off and I couldn’t figure why there was wax everywhere. I thought it was a bad thing 😆. I cleaned it off the paintwork in places… thankfully not in places prone to loads of water and salt.
Hi thanks for that ! but no damage you noticed with the anti roll bar near the tank because the ARB is moving following the road conditions ? this was my case with the same tank model
Do you have a part of a video ir a diagram that shows what to do? I have laid under it and cannot see what the AA man said he could . Also this is not James, its his wife ( me) trying to deal with this ( Im sure he would have known what to do but he is away for a while).
Hi I have a LWB t6.1 with the black side rails, I would like to replace them with side steps, is that a diy job? Are there bolt hole to use in the underside of the van? Thanks and very helpful video Michael
Hi Chris, the tap has to be at the lowest point on the tank to effectively drain, so it can't be put anywhere else. We fit this tap as a backup and suggest that if you are emptying your tank for winter etc that you run the tap at the sink and empty the tank that way from the comfort of your campervan. This will also empty the water from the system, which is what is recommended for winter storage. Thanks
Thanks - there's a lot more going on under there than I imagined. Struck by how the exhaust ends so soon too.

Always wondered about the exhaust exit in the middle, thought mine had been cut off from the rear!
Wonderful video, thanks.
What a particularly interesting video.
Brilliant guys, makes me laugh at the people who want to lower their vans to put all this very expensive kit nearer the ground 🤪.👍🏆
Great informative video.
Fascinating, thank you!
Glad you enjoyed, thanks for watching
Really interesting, thank you.
very cool, thank you

Apparently the brake pipe on my T6 has been rubbing against the water tank, worn a hole through and the foot brake doesnt work. I need to mend this.
I assume that this is the Sanna with the kitchen at the rear going by the outlet for waste water

I note the tail pipe on the muffler ends under the car . In Australia this is totally illegal ?
I’m pretty sure that here in the U.K. it must terminate within six inches (150mm) of the body periphery to pass the MOT test !
Nice fitting of the water tank. May I know the capacity of this water tank? thanks

Didn’t really understand, what’s standard and what have you added please?
I have a lwb 4motion T6.1 any suggestions on where i could put or buy a underbody water tank :/
Where does the Wallace hob exhaust end up? Is it in the same place as the heater exhaust shown in this video?
Can the leisure battery thats placed underneath be accessed from inside the vehicle and do you paint the cage that holds it.
The underslung AGM battery. How do you replace it when it dies?
Is the spare wheel same size as alloys on the van?
Could the freshwater tank tap under the van be put in a better place so its easier to get too?

Whats the standard awing you put on the vans?
So I would have to take the van to a garage that has a lift that only lists via the wheels?
No, you can use any ramp. We have a wheel lift ramp to make it much easier for us here at Jerba.
Is the layout on the underside mirrored for European models (steer on the left) , or is it the same?
The same!
