Gurgaon property is much better than Noida property. There is no night life in Noida and there are very spacious luxury flats in Golfcourse road, extension road, SPR and new Grugram and upcoming Dwarka Expressway, the new addresses to cyber or millennium city Guru gram.

Is it possible to get flat in gurgaon under 50-60 lakhs in gate society..in Noida u can buy ur dream house ...which is not possible in gurgaon..

Aapne ek bhi society ka naam nahi bataya! Why? Aise toh kuch samjh nahi aaya... If you could tell the names of the societies & sectors, that would be helpful for your viewers in their house hunting in Noida.
1st apartment was Paras Tiera
2nd Gulshan Vivante
3rd Blosson county
All are in sector 137.

Actually v r looking for rented house in Noida only.

mai bata sakti thi but fir bahut vary kar raha tha price. isme maine jitne bhi property cover kiya hai sare Sector 137 me hai and mujhe Gulshan Vivante ko chor kr koi acha nahi laga and waha rent 22-25K tha.
