This game never gets old. It’s just total freedom. Although InZoi is releasing, I feel like it will take time to be really complete or to have everything, and my PC will probably not going to handle that game really well, it’s just too heavy just by looking at it, and The Sims 5 I don’t want to expect that much because I even uninstalled TS4. I got all The Sims 3 Expansion packs. Too busy to play now but I will definitely play it again in the future. It’s just that good

Love love this list. I think you introduced me to the PJ Sims social club mod and I agree it's game changing! Agnes Crumplebottom has a book brunch club at her house on Sundays and teaches kids art class at the art gallery on Tuesdays and lots of other stuff because of this mod. Love it!
The ultimate careers mod sounds so good but I would be too lazy to build all those lots. 😭 If you ever want to share your open job lots with us I'll be the first to download them! 😁
Right now they are only available through my discord, but I am thinking of an easy way to link them in my description as well. I just want to avoid having 800 links under every video lol.

I think your journalism lot just convinced me to try Zerbu's Ultimate Careers! It looked so well built!
My favorite mod recently has been Nrass Retuner. It takes some practice but once you get the hang of what it can do, you can tune the environment to your liking basically! Don't want children presiding over the royal court autonomously? Don't want so many zombies spawning during a full moon? Don't want teens to have a curfew? There are basically options to alter almost any action you can think of. That's an oversimplification on my part, but I'm blown away by the potential.
Retuner is a game changer! I always lower the price of groceries to be more realistic with it.
OMG the careers mod is a game changer! I just start a new legacy but I'm adding that one soon

I was just watching your apartments mod video recently !! I love your videos they are so helpful. Im currently not playing the sims 3 because Im budding a PC but I love watching sims 3 videos and downloading cc in the process of waiting !!. I just have a quick question !! How do you make the black parts in your apartment ??? the unplayable part I guess you can say ?
I am glad my videos are helping! So all you need to do that is use a cheat called “buydebug on”. Then go into the buydebug section and place a hidden room marker object in the rooms meant to be blacked out. Alternatively I have also used the color wheel to black out the floor and wallpaper of a room if I don’t want to use that.

I love this thank you for making this! So I have a question for anyone that knows for the ultimate career mod, I love creating random, will that work another job mod. I have the Minor career mod in my game, a career that’s not a part of any of the base game or expansion packs? Thank you so much and I can’t wait to see more videos.
So I have not tested with other careers. What I do know is custom careers do show up in the Zerbu menu when assigning careers to a lot. So they may work to some degree, but I doubt specific activities have been assigned which would prevent you from being able to progress in performance.

my must is The Merchant Mod by Ani. I like the open for business mod but ani's mod let you have multiple stores per lot
Those are both great mods! I have more experience with OFB mod but I know The Merchant Mod is super popular and loved.

Hi! So the world I used is called Amberville so it won’t be available for download with my lots, but you can download Amberville and find my builds in my discord server, then place them manually. Or you could place my builds in any world to use the mods!

is there a way to get prebuilds for the ultimare careers mod because i sucks at building plus i wont know the requirements for the careers and schools.
i suck so much at building i ask my mom to build my sim's houses.
There is a link to my Discord server in the description that you can join to access my builds, and I have a couple uploaded there. I think the business lot and the school, but I also have a hospital lot I can upload.

3:45 just to correct you there, you were never limited to 4 apartments in TS2.
You can only have four playable households though. The rest of the apartments will be occupied by NPC's.
@@LitrallyAJ I stand corrected then. I've always built lots with various apartments but I never play on apartment lots because I like to expand the house of my families lol.
@@GustavoFernandesKing yeah haha. i also build giant apartments in sims 2 so its annoying i can only use 4 of them lol. You can still visit the ones the NPC's live in i think though so its still pretty cool to have a bunch.
@@LitrallyAJ I usually just build them for sims fresh out college so they can get some money before moving out to a house, because the apartments are cool but expanding them is bad
How do you set up the clubs?
I have a couple videos about it, but in short you will just place an object that looks like the pencil cup in decor, it’ll be called club modifier. From there you can create the club.
