Nigerian Army, Moroccan and Cameroonian Soldiers Simulated Raid During Exercise Flintlock 2020

- Soldiers and sailors from the Nigerian Army and Navy, Moroccan soldiers, and Cameroonian soldiers participate in a simulated raid under the instruction of United Kingdom Soldiers as part of FLINTLOCK 20 in Thies, Senegal Feb. 25, 2020. The exercise was a capstone event of the past two weeks of training conducted between the United Kingdom and the three African partner-nations. Flintlock is an annual, integrated military and law enforcement exercise that has strengthened key partner-nation forces throughout North and West Africa since 2005. Flintlock is U.S. Africa Command’s premier and largest annual Special Operations Forces exercise.

I am Nigerian 🇳🇬. I like that the outfit of our Special Forces matches the environment. Its a very good camouflage. The uniforms of the Camerounian Forces looks amazing but it doesn't blends into the environment to provide a good camouflage for them, it exposes them more to being seen and targeted easy in this very environment. But ofcourse its perfect if they were in a thick green forest, they would almost be invincible.

The American and Israeli trainers have even said that few countries in Africa can compete with them. there are not more than 5000 while the Cameroonian army has 70,000 soldiers it is an army in the army itself they go on internship in israel and in the equatorial forest in congo. in terms of formation of profetionalism there is nothing to say it is one of the best force of the continent and it has their own budget of almost 1 billion dollars which is allotted to them

Much North Korean nuclear technology was from Pakistan. Much Chinese knowledge is from the United States. Transfer of the knowledge is dynamics. Egypt transferred much of its knowledge from ancient Greek to Roman. Hannibal's military strategy is taught in many military academies around the world. One of the prestigious medical academics in New York City still has ancients Egyptian medical techniques. Europe couldn't figure out Women's Cesarean sections until they learned from Uganda. The point I am making collaboration among peers is one of the best channels of the diffusion of knowledge. Good starts!

Mostly rubbish nice comments, but this isn't the truth, this is for show to the public as though the Nigerian military is properly equipped. The proper kitting of an active personnel would any where within $5000-$10,000 per individual for their gears, also the Nigerian army should upgrade the standard issue of weapon from the AK-SUB MACHINE gun types because it is not properly reliable, and fails alot during combat due to a gazillion of problems facing the weapon and the climate etc. Well for this part it looks good and I wish the amazing father's, husband's and brothers and sisters battling in the sambisa and other other hotspots will have relevant support, gears and equipment which can aid their service to the nation and save their lives also. The billionaires in the country should also favor the military with their support the government can't do it alone, soon I will be a blessing to the Nigerian army and other sections of the armed forces because I loved them and wish to be a blessing. Show the army guys love wherever you meet them because it's not easy...
