Ascent to the Grossglockner 3,798 m, Großglockner Normalweg 14 -15.8.2022

Ascent to Austria's highest mountain Grossglockner 3,798 m by normal route. We set off from the Lucknerhaus parking lot at 6 a.m. on Sunday. We passed the Lucknerhütte and the Stüdlhütte. At 1 PM we were at the destination hut where we had the Erzherzog-Johann-Hütte reservation. The weather on Monday was not very good, so after a short rest we set off to the top. The weather is wonderful, the climbing is superb. The only thing that was not pleasant was the number of people who made it very difficult to get around. We were at the top of Velké Zvoník at 17:30. The descent was again slowed by the number of people. Thanks to this, we only reached the cottage after dark. On Monday, only the descent to the car and the kick-off in Zell am Zee followed.

Ahoj, jak se jmenuje tato cesta? nebo jaká je její náročnost?
Je prý několik cest na Grossglock... díky. Pavel

Tohle je sestupovka, občas se jí říká normálka nebo turistická cesta, tudy všeci choděj dolu z vrcholu ale plno nezkušenejch skupin to volí jako easy cestu nahoru a pak je tam o víkendech docela traffic jam, náročnost upřímně žádná, jediný co potřebuješ je fyzička (je to dlouhý chození) a dobrý počasí, na tuhle cestu nepotřebuješ ani jištění po celou dobu mimo chůzí přes ledovec pro jistotu, ale možnost se jistit pomocí tyči atd tam je. Na Gross vede hromada krásnejch cest, mohu doporučit hřeben Studlgrat tady už si člověk zaleze pěkně a náročnost relativně snadná až na crux kde je to level UIAA 4 ale to je krátkej kousek, další super cesta je PALLAVICINIHO KULOÁR ale to už obsahuje lezení v ledu do cca 50 stupňů sklonu, o něco náročnější cesta pak je Mayerlrampe tam už je lezení v ledu do 70 stupňů ale pořád se u obou cest bavíme o UIAA 2-4 obtížnost, pak jsou tam samozřejmně mnohem víc hardcore cesty ale to je už pro profíky :)
